Does anyone know why matchmaking in Saints Row takes such a long time? I only played one online game, the others I can't even start. First off, always do ranked matches. Hardly anyone does player matches anymore. Blinged Out Ride and Protect The Pimp are usually the two favorites. I would say try to find someone who has a lobby going, seems to make it faster for me. |

Those screens for the Halo 3 single player look very good, can't wait.
Anyways, I rented NCAA 08 a couple of days ago and I really do not care for it, it's decent but I am glad I didn't pay $60 for it.

According to XBOX site TEAMXBOX.com ads from Wal-Mart and Toy "R" Us have revealed a new lower price for the XBOX 360 console.
It is the premium model that is displayed in the ad and it is currently uncertain if it applies to all models. The new price is $349 down from $399.
The new price should be effective from August 12th. The company also recently discounted it's HD DVD add-on drive from $199 to $179. No doubt a response to Sony's recent price cut of the Playstation 3.
No official word from Microsoft yet.

I dunno, Viva Pinata was a great game, in general terms, but the platform was totally wrong, even with the graphical downgrade, I think it's a better fit for the DS with the touch controls and everything. Maybe now Rare can sell some games again.

Yeah, hopefully Banjo brings them back up. I wasn't impressed with Kameo, and Viva Pinata was a big WTF to me. I won't even talk about Perfect Dark: Zero.

Anyways, I really enjoyed Kameo and Viva. I thought Kameo was a pretty damn fun title and I feel Viva Pinata is one of the best games on the system. |

Eh Bioshock hasn't really sold me. I think it's more of a rent, I wish Assasins Creed would come out soon.

I'm using my Wii Countdown clock from Best Buy to count down the release of BioShock. I can't wait to see the collectible in person, and to add it to my collection along with Donkey Kong, Banjo and Horstachio.

I recently purchased a 19" Element (don't come in here saying oh should of got a better TV) and when I plug in the RGB and hit the HD switch I put it on 480i on the system settings then when I went to play NHL07 the colors were really dull and I got some lines going across. Then I went and played around with the other options and the same thing happens. Also when the EA logo comes up it's suppose to be red, well in my case it was black. Any ideas? I already tried fooling with the tv settings. Coloring works fine with my other systems.

480i does not equal HD. Although, TV technology is not exactly a strong point of mine (read: I don't know a god damn thing about resolutions). With component cables, switch the system to 480p or higher I suppose. Again, all this HDTV business is lost on me, I just made sure I bought one that was 1080whatever, with HDMI....

Yeah mine has HDMI too, but I am using the red,green,blue cables. And I tried it on all setting 480 720 1080 and the tv is compatable with it.

So I've had GH2 since it came out and its worked perfectly fine up until yesterday evening. The game works up to loading screen right after the main screen where it says press any button. I thought it may have been a problem with the disc so I cleaned it and it still does that. I tired 8 other games and they all work perfectly fine. Any suggestions on how I could fix this? My 360 stands vertically if that helps anyone.
