My Xbox just got the "Red Rings of Death". I'll be calling up tomorrow to send it in. Thank god my brother has a 360 that I can play whenever he's not home or sleeping though. Would a DVD recorder work if I wanted to record gameplay from my XBOX 360? Like if I had a dvd recorder itd be possible to record a video of my games onto a dvd. Just get a Dazzle. Alot more simple. I searched it on google. Pretty intresting. What model would u recommend for what I want to do? |

I just read some new info about Halo 3 on the TXB forums, it's the stuff that is in the September edition of EGM. The new weapons and such sound wonderful, I can't wait to dual wield the brute shotgun and the gravity hammer sounds great. I just can't wait until September 25th, the single player and multiplayer both sound and look great.

I finally found the piece of gold I was missing in Overlord, so that was neat.
Anyways, I am so excited because tomorrow I am finally getting high speed internet at my house. That means I don't have to go over to my girlfriends house to play it, which is nice because I will be able to play Halo 3 almost everyday after I get home from college.

The wireless headset just wont turn on anymore. Ive had it for about aprox 23 days and it just went out on me. wont turn on or anything. Anyone know whats wrong? I plugged it in to charge (although last time I chekced the battery was full) and it still wont work.
I'm going to return it tommorow hopefully for a recharagable battery kit and a extra battery (offical 360 ones). After that im going to get 2 more wireless controllers and a few wired headsets then my 360 acessorie collection will be completed.

I've more or less given up on one of my two battery packs. I have four controllers, two with batteries and two with battery packs. One of those battery packs works great with the play and charge, the other doesn't work at all.
The controller won't turn on unless I plug it into the play and charge. When I plug it in, I get the red light for about a minute, then it switches to green, then the play and charge shuts off. If I unplug the play and charge, the controller dies. It seems to think it's fully charged.
Anyone have any ideas? If not, I'm just going to get rid of it.

I hear everyone talk about so many good games coming out. Honestly, until COD 4 and Assassins Creed...nothing interests me at all. I was highly anticipating GTA...but that and the other 2 I named are about it.

Eh, I'm definitely going to rent the new Madden and Bioshock. I'm definitely buying Halo 3, and then I'm definitely asking for Mass Effect and Assassin's Creed and CoD 4 for Christmas.

The games I am looking foward to/getting are Halo 3, Bioshock, Two Worlds, Medal of Honor, Eternal Sonata, The Orange Box, Conan, Call of Duty 4, Mass Effect, Assassins Creed, Super Mario Galaxy, and Brothers in Arms. I am not sold on Stranglehold or Army of Two yet.
