Here's what I don't get. You have a Halo themed 360, yet it doesn't come with the game it's promoting, how intellectually- disabled is that? It should come with a copy of the game, IMO.

It doesn't come with the game it's promoting because doing so would make the system cost more than an elite.
Besides, I've never seen a themed system come with the game. The Halo Xbox didn't, the Panzer Dragoon Orta Xbox didn't. The Pokemon N64 and Gameboy didn't.

Well, you should base it on what comes with the system. If you have a desire for HDMI, then the Elite is your only choice. The only non-elite capable of HDMI is the Halo 3 one, which is a nasty green. I'm just gonna go for the premium cause that 50 price break ill use towards my pre order of Halo 3. ;D Btw does the xbox360 support custom soundtracks on all games or just a few.

The custom soundtrack support on the 360 is something for all 360 games, as it's a function of the 360 Guide.

What exactly is HDMI?
I thought you already get the green, blue, red cords with the Core and Premium.

You don't get the RGB cords with the core. Those are component cables. HDMI combines Video and Audio into one cable and has a better picture quality than the RGB Component cable since HDMI is digital.

So it makes the High Def just atad better?

There really isn't a noticeable difference in picture quality unless you have a REALLY big TV, the main advantage is that it only needs one cable for both video and sound.

Oh I see. My brother has a 50 Inch HD TV. Im not to smart with this new HD stuff but it says HDMI in the corner and the box said it was HD. I didnt know if I needed anymore cords other then the RGB to play it in HD.
Also... I was looking on the back of the TV and I dont see the RGB slots. Im almost sure he has them as I dont see why he wouldnt. I only see the yellow, white, red.
BUT on his small like 14 inch HD tv I see the RGB.

It's possible it could have designed only with HDMI in mind, since HDMI is starting to become the standard. So, if you don't have an Elite, you'll need to either get an Elite or get the Halo 3 360 if you want to play in HD on that tv.
Also, make sure on the RGB adapter (that's connected to the 360) that you have HDTV selected.

So I might be out of luck on the big tv? Im debating if its even worth brining my 360 over there to use it on the smaller TV

You're out of luck with HD on that TV. You can still play in standard def, though on most HDTVs, standard def looks like ass. If it's actually 14 inch, I'd personally say it's not worth it because that sounds amazingly small, unless it's widescreen, and even then that's your discretion.

Im not sure if its 14 inches... I just know its small... I could take a pic but that wouldnt do much... I dont really have a ruler on me to measure.

Well, if you think it's too small to play on, then don't play on it. If you had an Elite, then I'd say just commandeer your brother's 50", but since you don't, you could try looking again and see if he has the component ports, or you can try and SD it.

Would they be hidden for any reason? Cause I see the yellow,white,red... like 5 slots for each.

They shouldn't be. Though considering how many you saw, I think you need to give that another check, since most HDTVs don't have more than 1 RYW set, and have like at least 2 RGB sets.

Yeah.. I saw ATON of the RYW... I will go and count in a sec. My bro pretty much has all the new HD stuff and he has been gone for about 7 days and hasnt used any of his HD TVs. So I kept thinking if it was worth it to go and play it on the HDs

Ok, I've got a problem.
So, the other day, I went to play Guitar Hero 2. I put the disc in, and right when it started to load, my 360 froze. So, I restarted it, and the same thing happened. So, I went out and bought some cleaning cloths, thinking it was my disc and there was some crap on it and I clean the disc. I also deleted the data. I started it back up, and it worked this time. I played it for a few days but, today, I started it up again and again my 360 froze.
So, is it the data, the disc, both or something I'm not seeing? Please help me, I'm really frustrated about this. I'm about ready to get a new disc.
