Well thanks to the heads up from MajorNelson, I tuned in to Spike just in time to see the Bioshock trailer, and learn that the demo is now up for download on the Marketplace, for those who care.

Yeah, it's a FPS, but with a lot more going for it than that.
God, this may be the longest download I've ever gotten in my entire time owning a 360.

I played the demo. It's interesting. If you have the time and HDD space to burn, then go for it. It ended kinda aburptly for me, and in the Major Nelson podcast Ken Levine (the guy in charge of the game) said there was a plasmid in the demo other than the one I used, so I may have to give it another go.
