I'm still gonna get weekly HMX DLC. And RBN is where I'm gonna only get the songs I'm interested in.

So after Mayhem Fest, and listening to them almost non-stop since, I've decided that I want more Killswitch Engage on RB. Namely songs like My Last Serenade, Starting Over, The End Of Heartache, and their cover of Holy Diver.

Well, that's the most business-smart way of doing it.

Harmonix are really the only ones that could have gotten away with it, they don't really have EA breathing down their necks. I'm certain given their druthers, EA would have liked either a bigger fee or some sort of unique ID system.

Just after seeing them, I've been listening to them non-stop. And I want more on RB. LoL. I've liked them since '03 when I first heard When Darkness Falls, thanks to the Freddy Vs. Jason soundtrack. I'd like that entire soundtrack on there too, LoL!

As most, if not all, of you know, Activision dropped this game with their merger with Vivendi. Well, EA picked it up....I think some of you know where I'm going with this. With EA publishing this game, there's a chance that we could get some of these songs on Rock Band. To that, I say YES PLEASE!
The ones in bold are the ones I want the most.

Friends got me an accumulated $120 worth of Microsoft points today for my birthday. And another friend dumped a handful of Pepsi caps on me. Good day.

Yeah it's ridiculous, I bought a bunch of the songs I've wanted for a while and it barely dented it. I also got a 20 dollar FYE gift card that may or may not go towards more points because I don't buy music or movies...

Yeah as of today I'll be 18 songs behind. It's starting to snowball, I need to nip it fast before it gets out of control, LoL. But the last week and today's songs, I'm not too terribly excited for. I got the first Tap pack, and I was content with that, as I've still only played Saucy Jack. And The Gorillaz? F**k all that, there are way more deserving bands that should be on here. Won't mention any, for prevention of arguments. Don't need anymore Who songs, never really liked Janis Joplin, and there are better songs from The Band.

Wow...with a deal like that, it almost makes me want to get this instead of Beatles. Keyword: Almost.

I feel like they pretty much had to do that in order to move any copies of Van Halen.

It will probably be one of those "limited release" versions that you can't resell or trade in, too.

Well that may put me over to getting VH. If it means I get GH5 for free, basically [or whatever way it is], that may entice me to get them

Dammit Activision. That pretty much put GH5 over as first day purchase for me, provided I can find a copy that has the sticker. Here's the details of the whole deal hub.guitarhero.com/vanhalengameoffer/
