i've bought up games this weekend after finally getting bored with what i had been playing.
Brothers In Arms: Road To Hill 30; used for $37.95 (and today a bunch of stores put it on sale NEW for this price. oh well, the use copy looks new besides the price sticker on the front) and today I picked up these two badboys... Katamari Damacy; $16.95 used... been looking for it forever, and i used some store credit for it at Gamers after trading in some stuff I didn't play. Warcraft III Battle Chest; $39.99 new.
The most recent games I got were Raze's Hell, Forza Motorsport and Psychonauts. Psychonauts is just a classic. I plan on getting Advent Rising on May 31st and Conker on June 21st though. im pissed x19032840239480923 that my BestBuy didn't have Psychonauts for Xbox, only PC... is the Xbox price the same as the PC version (29.99?)

Katamari Damacy is an awesome game. I play it all the time. i didn't even realize it was released here in the states until just today when i saw it sitting on their shelves. i've only played a bit so far, but quite fun. i've been playing Brothers In Arms alot more lately, but i had to put it down as i'm dead tired from work/getting a bit frustrated with the difficulty at some points, but i'm sure i'll overcome it just as i did earlier with an obstacle from yesterday.

<3 Makes me wish I never traded my Sega. Kim I know it's not the same, but you can always go the ROM route. Or if you want to be nice and legal, check pawn shops. They usually have older consoles and games.

They usually have older consoles and games. the biggest reason i love a local gamestore by the name of Gamers here... they've got all sorts of old shit. from NES games and consoles, to craplike 3D0 and Jaguar games and consoles, it's nuts. i love that store so much. i can find just about any game in that store, it's almost orgasmic. i've almost bought down and bought alot of the lesser known gaming systems just to see what they were like. not to mention they have about 15 game gears sitting in the glass case collecting dust.

well, last week when i was able to get my awesome-for-free computer up and running i wanted to put counter-strike on it. lo and behold however i couldnt find my half life disc anywhere, as i could just install half life and then download CS. so i had to splurge and spend $20 to get it, but i'm glad i did. $19.99, new. another story -- went to BestBuy to try and get it and for the first time ever I was carded and told i wasnt able to purchase it. i'm only 16, but most times i go in and the clerks just hit "okay" and sell the stuff to me anyways. she hesitated, asked for id, then told me she couldnt sell it. GameStop sold it to me no problems, however.

I see Maximum Carnage at the use game store I go to all the time. $4.99 with the box and instructions, if I am correct, which I think I am.
I was going to go look for bargain games today, but I didn't feel like driving that far in the rain.

I go looking for old games once a week. It's getting harder to find controllers for the older consoles, so I'm stocking up on those.

I have 4 NES controllers, 2 NES Advantage, 6 SNES controllers, 5 Genesis controllers, 5 atari 2600 controllers, 4 Atari 5200 controllers, 4 Turbografix controllers, 4 Master System controllers, 4 N64 controllers, 4 PS1 controllers4 Dreamcast controllers, 4 3-DO controllers, 2 Jaguar controllers, and 4 Saturn controllers. Damn, I have a nice controller collection. Bargain game hunting is fun. I have a lot of luck at flea markets near where my wife's parents live in Nowhereville, South Carolina.

Speaking of which, I'm having a bitch of a time finding a N64 Gameshark. I'll keep my eyes peeled for one, when I go out tomorrow. If it's a pretty cheap price, I'll pick it up. On another note, while looking at my games last night, I realized that I had extra copies of Madden 93 and Tetris. I smell another contest or two.
