 You know, for a guy who doesn't like FPS games, I'm playing two now. It still blows my mind. We didn't get a new console Metroid game for 8 years, and then, in six, we get a trilogy. Awesome. |

I've bought some virtual console games in the past week. I got Donkey Kong Country, Donkey Kong Country 2, Super Mario World, Paper Mario, Mario Kart 64, and Kirby's Adventure.

 After searching every game store for a used copy of this gem, I gave up and bought it via the Amazon Marketplace for around $16. It's a remake of one of my all-time favorites, the original Metroid. Plus, if you beat the game you unlock Metroid! I'll have the original on the virtual console, on Metroid Prime (via GBA Fusion link), NES copy, and now on this game. |
