This is the first time i'm watching Lost as it airs. I watched all three seasons of the show in about a week and a half when I was sick recently, so I am looking forward to this. Who do you guys think will be on the boat?

Screw that question, what about Sayid becoming a hitman for Ben?....totally blew my mind.
So now we know 4 of the 6 or 6 of the 6 depending on how you look at it
Jack, Hurley, Sayid, Kate, Desmond, Ben.
However since Desmond is not an Oceanic 815 passenger and neither is Ben we have
Jack, Hurley, Sayid, Kate.
Who do you think the other two are?

The other two will be Locke & Jin or Claire.
imo *Theory* , Sun will die, Juliette will also leave, everyone else will be left behind with Ben in charge at the end and Ben will re-establish his control and freedom to move between the reality and the island, Dan will become in love with the island and will be on Bens side, Charlotte & Miles will lead the Oceanic Six+others to land leaving everybody else on the island with Ben. Ben and his agents - Sawyer & Sayid will work to rid remnents of this Company led by Abbadon and kill anybody else in the way too - even other survivors, or bring them back to the island - Jack, Locke & Kate will all be drawn back to the island eventually. IMO Hurley will be the man in the coffin, out there but the coffin was not too tall and more wide so it kinda figures out. I reckon now Michael is the man on the boat and he will also become an agent making it a team of 4 that assist Ben in fighting to cover the existence of them and the island.

Did anyone else think that while the episode was good, all of the surprises that were led up to with the characters voices weren't surprising at all? I mean, did no one else know that Hurley was in the closet and that Ben was Sayid's boss?

My guess is that Michaels on the freighter i also think that the guy in the coffin is either Hurley or maybe Michael heck it could be walt ;D

You gotta think about who wouldn't have anyone show up to their funeral. Maybe it is Locke?

I'm leaning more and more to it being Ben, Sayid, Sawyer or Michael as Locke in the coffin in the neighbourhood we saw doesn't match to me but we are gonna have to wait and see .

For some reason, I never seem to enjoy Sayid episodes all that much, even though he's one of my favorite people on the island. Glad to see he'll be making it off. I'd like to say "I'm glad to see he'll make it to the end of the series alive" but I'd be willing to guess that at some point in the fifth or sixth season, we "catch up" with these flash forwards and some won't survive that final chapter.

I honestly dont think Locke is be one of the six. He wont leave the island period. I don't think he will either, but it would be a good twist if he was one of them, and we would be left wondering and waiting to see what made him want to leave. So it would be interesting in that way.

Would Ben be considered one of the Oceanic 6? No right?
Kate, Jack, Hurley, Sayid and then we got 2 ? ?
Harold Perrineau was listed in the main credits, which is strange...has be been listed all season? Even last too?

He has been listed for the entire season this season so far, he wasn't on last season, can't wait for him to get back in there.

This show drives me nuts, but its interesting. I mean we have 2-3 years before we get answers...I must say the look into the future is crazy...I like it better than trying to piece together their boring pasts

The flashbacks were fine whenever they had some tie in to what was going on at the island, or whenever a new character was introduced (Desmonds first two flashbacks were the crap). But who in the hell ever gave a about how Jack got his tattoos? At some point, these flash fowards will get annoying as well, which is why I think at some point we're just going to "catch up" with that time frame and it'll be a straight forward show from there on out.

Personally everything having to do with Jack bothers me or as my friends and I call him "Po5"...hes a whiny bitch. Desmond on the other hand, is a bad ass mother er

I didnt say Desmond was a 6th.
What I said was "depending on how you look at it" which means right now, it looks like 6 people are off the island.
Desmond is on the helicopter so at the end of this episode it was ok to assume he was off the island. And we saw Ben off the island in the future. Thats how I came to the 6 out of 6. But like I said, Desmond and Ben were never on the plane, but they could just as easily assume someones identity that died on the plan.
In addition, I think the casket was Walt. Think about it, the funeral was in a poor black neighborhood. Walt has no mother, his father may or may (could still be an operative of bens) not be alive (at that point in the future). And no one else but Jack shows up. I didn't think the casket was all the wide so I doubt it was Hurley (just my opinion).
Abbandon is a Darma front man in my opinion as well.
