Yeah, I found the episode on Youtube. I loved the first time Elliot and Keith break up.

Good episode tonight. Kelso had some gold lines in tonight's episode. Janitor and Turk were funny while playing X-Box, too.
It'll be interesting to see where they go with JD and Kim now that the kid is born...as of now, I'd say everything is set in place for JD and Elliot to get back together by the end of the season, as much as I don't like the idea.
Nurse Roberts' sister or whatever was funny. "She seems awfully familiar."

Janitor's speech to the aliens while playing the game with Turk was the best part. Overall, not a great episode, IMO. Although I do enjoy watching Keith hate Elliot.

Did I forget to opine on the actual episode? My bad.
Anyway, I thought it was amusing...I was really hoping we would actually get to see Harrison (preferably played by uber-poof Scott Thompson), but oh well. I was also hoping that we'd see more Janitor-Lady interaction, but I guess she was justa one-shot joke.
