The suit doesn't look nearly as awkward here as it did in the toy production pics. It's funny how much lighting matters.

I think the new suit looks great. The chainmail underneath the armor is a great touch and I love how there's more grey getting into it. It seems like they're slowly getting closer to the iconic Batman uniform, just with grey and black instead of blue.

i never figured out why they change the batsuit so hugely in the movies compared to the comics. I'd imagine Merchandise and Marketing plays a part in it. I remember when they were sorting out Harry Osborn becoming the Green Goblin in the Spider-Man films, Sony didn't want him just wearing the same costume as his dad as they couldn't market him and whatever merchandise Sony had rights to as effectively. |

The mesh chainmail is great.
IMO, this is the best batsuit to come out of a Batman Sequel.

I really think the best part of this suit is that they haven't made it molded muscle. Any muscle definition is only suggested by the design. It makes it look far more believable.
