Exactly.
First off Will Smith is a pretty good actor who I enjoy watching. And second off RT reviews tons of movies before they come out. There good like that.

I enjoyed this film. It was nothing great, nor mind blowing, but it was really good, and I enjoyed it throughout. TDK trailer was better than the whole movie though, tbh.

The Pursuit Of Happyness - DRAMA - 160M + Shark Tale - ANIMATION - 160M + Hitch - COMEDY - 175M + Independence Day - DISASTER - 300M + Men In Black - SCI-FI - 250M + Bad Boys 2 - ACTION - 135M+ Enemy of the State - THRILLER - 110M+ Wild Wild West - WESTERN - 110M+

In'freakin'credible movie, but I honestly don't go out for movies while their in the theater, so I might enjoy it more than most would. I thought the ending was less than desirable, I mean he becomes a legend but the ending just compromises all you were watching.
Still, I think it's a great movie, though I Am Broke after going to watch it. ($7 for matinee ticket, a split of $18 for popcorn/soda/nachos.)

While it was by no means horrible or anything, it just didn't seem right. But the more I think about it, the more I really enjoyed this film. One of the key parts of the movie that stick out to me, is a very sad one. Im sure anyone who seen it knows what I am talking about

No Smith movie has sucked. I don't recall ever walking out of one of his films, disappointed. And I've seen them all. I've have also seen a lot of his films and I can honestly say they go from sucky to mediocre. Independence Day = Sucky. This film is beyond cheesy, I can't believe I actually liked it when I first saw this film. Maybe I was just into the special effects and was kid. Men in Black = Sucky. Wasn't funny. Wild Wild West = Sucks Bad Boys = Sucks. I can't stand Michael Bay films. Enemy of the State = Sucky. I, Robot = Mediocre at best. It was mildly entertain which is what I'm expecting with I am legend. Hitch - I don't have to see this to know this movie sucks. The only two that intrigue me in the slightest that I haven't seen are are Ali(only because of Michael Mann) and the pursuit of Happiness. So are his great movies that makes him a box office smash? I will say I did enjoy his sitcom, but really that's about it.

I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Will Smith's acting was top notch, you could see how delusional and lonely his character was, he played it incredibly well.
Dark Knight trailer was awesome, too.

Agreed. When I read the reviews, I thought they were exaggerating when they said Smith was award worthy in this role. I was proven wrong, because he definitely portrayed the emotion phenomenally.

That's one point I'll agree on when it comes to Smith. He has definitely matured as an actor he's not as much a s a goofball anymore, but still is in horrendous movies.

Regardless of whether you liked his films or not, Will Smith seems to be the most bankable actor ever, and in my opinion, most of his movies are entertaining.

Then why are you visiting a thread about it and keep posting how much you think his movies suck?
