There is the band called "Down" that I knew nothing about until today when my sis' boyfriend offered me a spare ticket to their show. The only thing I know about them now is that they're a supergroup with a few guys from Pantera. Should I accept the guy's offer?

Phil Anselmo is the only dude from Pantera in it currently. Isn't the Bass player in Hellyeah?

Take up his offer. Their latest album, and for that matter, all of their albums, are very good. Over The Under is one of my favorite metal releases of the year.
