I think it could be easily noticed on TNA Today when Don West gives the "news" on the partner of Sting. He tells us at the end we can "bank on that". Possibly a hint that RVD is the partner b/c after all he won Money in the Bank and has held world championships in all of the "federations" he has wrestled in!
The word "federations" seems to be a hint as well to me!
Your thoughts?

They're just cashing in on people like you.
No offense. They just know that if mark hears it, that mark will spread it to everyone.

We already have a topic about this. Also, just because someone says "bank on that" doesn't mean it means Van Dam. I say "bank on it" does that mean I'm talking about Van Dam or anyone who's won the MITB match.

I'm just saying it could be away of hinting him, but not giving away the name exactly. I mean who else could it be? TNA taped this iMPACT two weeks ago so I have a feeling Booker T is out of the question.

Okay. Still could've been in the thread that's already about it (http://wfigs.proboards48.com/index.cgi?board=tna&action=display&thread=1193367359). Honestly, I wish people would stop guessing who it was - we'll know when we know.
Edit: It can't be Van Dam.. he said he's been a world champion in every federation he worked for. He worked for ECW.. but NEVER held the world title in the orginal title so he's out the running.

On today’s edition of TNA Today brought to you by YouTube and TNAWrestling.com, Don West reveals new details on Sting’s mystery partner for his tag team match against Kurt Angle and Kevin Nash at TNA Genesis.
“This man has been a world champion in every federation he has ever been in,” West said of Sting’s partner. “He is more than capable of being there at Gensis.”
This further backs up rumors that Booker T may be joining TNA as Sting’s partner at the Genesis PPV. We hope to have more on this leading up to the event, keep checking back for the latest.

But, As I said it is said in TNA today that he held the world title in every "federation" he has worked for. The WWE is the only major wrestling promotion that has ever gone by federation.

But, does Booker have a no compete clause? You have to remember Genesis is less than 2 weeks away.

Booker chose not to resign, he wasn't fired nor did he quit. It's possible of being Booker and I wouldn't doubt it.

The new Genesis commerical states that it's over 40 world championships in the match.. between the 3 we know it's 27-28 (I think) so there's no way it's Van Dam with his two reigns.

I'm going with Big Show or Ric Flair. Although Flair has said he wouldn't go to TNA, money talks.

Show is done with wrestling though. Plus, if I figured right that would only be 32 titles..

What about Hogan? Could TNA afford him? So far.. that's the only person I found that adds up to 40+ world titles if I'm figuring right.

Counting Booker T's reigns it only adds up to 32, so if the 40 reigns is true then I have no clue as to who it is. Flair is the only one that makes sense with that math, but I just don't know.
