Duel of Fates by far followed by Luke vs. Vader in ROTJ
Is the option of Council vs. Sidious supposed to be the Sidious vs Mace?

Anakin and Obi-Wan had a great fight in Episode III. I think it's easily the best lightsaber battle of the films.

It's a toss up between Obi wan vs Anakin and Luke vs Vader. But I will say Luke vs Vader just cause...its from the original. I don't know, the build up to the fight plus the finale of Luke being beaten to a pulp and the revelation of Vader being Luke's dad gives it the win for me.

Qui-Gon Jinn & Obi-Wan Kenobi Vs. Darth Maul
Darth Maul was such a BADASS villian. He had such an awesome look and was a ninja. Unlike Vader.
Anakin vs Obi-Wan in a close 2nd.
I would have put this first but the fact that there were 2 blue light sabers TOTALLY killed it for me =\

Definately has to be the episode 3 fight between Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi. By far the best in my opinion. 3 was a great movie overall, not the best but one of them.
