I don't listen to it religiously, or really consider myself a fan, but I do like it when I hear it. One of my first shows was Reel Big Fish at Birch Hill.

I can't stand it, along with punk. If you've heard songs from both genres.....listen to other bands...it's like...One band was original and other bands just stole the same thing over and over and over. They all sound alike. I do agree with you on some punk, but not really with ska. do Reel Big Fish and Streetlight manifesto sound the same?

IK like Reel Big Fish, The Bosstones, Goldfinger, and yes, while most people say they aren't ska, I love No Doubt.

HE asked a question, I answered. Don't bother ME about MY musical preference. This isn't MY thread.

I was just listening to Reel Big Fish's cover of Come On Eileen. I love it.
Mabel, Here In Your Bedroom, and their cover of 99 Luft Balloons by Goldfinger are some of my faves. The entire Tragic Kingdom album is amazing.

Ska is great. I love it. I really like Streetlight Manifesto and some RBF. My friend is OBSESSED with Real Big Fish, she's got all their albums and sings their songs constantly.

There is a really good chance that i was at that show. I went to so many shows there, including a few RBF. I in miss birch hill. I was pissed i got sick the day of the last show there orni would have gone. Im glad to see someone else who went there back in the day.
