Try to not center you poses, it looks like you want to much attention, besides that try to get Daniels to arch when he does the bme, so it can look graceful so just add a couple more frames, picture 3 he looks off balance, Once he lands add a picture of him on his knees than have Daniels fall to his back, dutts reaction looks OK.

Is your cameras preview screen broken? Because your poses flow is just terrible, when you are doing the pose, cycle through the pictures and make sure they have some flow.
