It is 1/1/06. Pro Wrestling NOAH is ready to start the year fresh with a new tour. Misawa is under a lot of stress with booking arenas, and needs an assistant booker. Many tried out, but only one got chosen. I figured I wouldn't be the one, I nearly blew the audition. But nonetheless, Misawa called me and said I had the job. I flew DIRECTLY to Japan to start my new job.

Pro Wrestling NOAH Newsline!
We are proud to announce that there is a NEW GHC World Champion this morning, in Mitsuharu Misawa. He is happy to be champion of his company once again, and will be the best champion we've had.
Samoa Joe is ready for his NOAH debut tonight against an enraged Akira Taue. Taue is unhappy with head booker Ricky Schmidt about his decisions made to have Taue drop the belt to Misawa. It is questionable if Taue will be in the arena tonight, as he is in negotiations with All Japan Pro Wrestling, which also has a show tonight at the Tokyo Dome.
Low-Ki is hyped and ready to face KENTA for the GHC Junior Heavyweight title. Ki hopes KENTA's not too hurt for when they do battle tonight. KENTA suffered a rather brutal loss to Kenta Kobashi just 3 nights ago, and it is questionable if he will be in tip-top shape tonight.
NOAH is proud to announce 3 more tour dates for all the NOAH fans out there: All Cards are Subject to change and as of now are incomplete
1/29/06 Koraken Hall GHC World Heavyweight Title Mitsuharu Misawa vs. Yoshinari Ogawa

2/05/06- Nippon Budokan- CHONO AND MUTOH RETURN TO NOAH! Jun Akiyama vs. Akira Taue

Genichiro Tenryu vs. Vader
2/13/06- Tokyo Dome- MUTOH FOR GHC CHAMPION! GHC World Title: Keiji Mutoh vs. Winner of Ogawa and Misawa(C)
Also, Mitsuharu Misawa has commented on Yoshinari Ogawa's seemingly bad attitude towards him since winning the title three nights ago. Misawa hopes they can mend the broken fence before their title match, because he wants a match based on respect, not hatred.

NOAH NEWSLINE! Kobashi commented that his match with Akiyama is one for the record books, as it marks the good luck charm of the year. 2 wins in a row usually means a successful year for Kobashi. He is lined up for a title shot on the First Navigation 2006 tour, but who will be the champion? Akiyama faces Misawa on 1/22, and Ogawa faces the winner of that on 1/29. That champ definately has his work cut out for him against Kobashi.
Samoa Joe is disappointed he didn't get to face Akira Taue, he wanted to make an impact by defeating former a GHC World Heavyweight Champion. His last match on the tour is 1/22 against the undefeated Takeshi Rikioh.
Jun Akiyama says Misawa better have the A-game on 1/22, because Akiyama is 0-2 so far in 2006, and wants to win the top 10 spot for the month of January, and winning the GHC title just might do it.
Speaking of the top 10, here are the current rankings: 1.) Kenta Kobashi- 2-0 over KENTA and Akiyama 2.) Genichiro Tenryu- 2-0 over Akiyama and Misawa/Ogawa(w/ Rikioh, tag match) 3.) Takeshi Rikioh- 2-0 over Misawa/Ogawa and Ogawa 4.)Low-Ki 2-0 over KENTA(GHC TITLE) and Nigel McGuiness 5.) Mitsuharu Misawa- 1-1 over Taue (GHC WORLD TITLE) 6.) Samoa Joe- 1-0 over Sasuke (Taue jumped ship) 7.) Jun Akiyama- 0-2. He had 2 classics in a row, and deserves this spot. 8.) KENTA 0-2. See Akiyama for why he's on here. 9.) Yoshinari Ogawa 0-2 Top heel in NOAH as of right now, and his title shot may bump him to the top. 10.)Akira Taue. 0-1 He may have left NOAH, but he had a darn good match with Misawa before leaving.
We will update the rankings after the 1/29 show.
On a side note, Yoshinari Ogawa has been removed from the February cards due to his actions towards GHC Champion Mitsuharu Misawa. The actions were heinous and unneeded. This suspension only counts if he does not win the GHC Title.
Low-Ki is a bit sore from the GHC Jr. Title match, but he is proud to carry the NOAH banner all around the world. He is looking forward to a match on 1/22 and 1/29, which is possible because we need a match on one of those shows.
