Impact 8/03/06
Austin Aries draw Jay Lethal A match that worked the crowd. Austin Aries hit a 450 Splash when the bell rung for the 10:00 Time Limit B-
Petey Williams def Christopher Daniels Christopher Daniels had the match in his hand until Bobby Roode came in and nearly knocked Daniels out cold with a clothesline to the back of the neck. Williams got the 3 count and Team Canada assaulted on Daniels until Styles made the save with a Stlyes Clash to Petey and Bobby Roode heads for the nearest exit and then the unlikely team celebrate with the belts. A-
Samoa Joe def Liger to retain A back and forth match until Joe hit the Chimeraplex and locked in the Kokina Clutch with submission victory. B+
Interview with Jarrett Borash: You are going into a match to defend your title belt against the Phenomional AJ Styles, The Hardcore Legend Terry Funk, and well, The Beer Drinkin' S.O.B The Sandman, how do you feel about your match? Jarrett:I feel fine Borash, thanks for asking. I will go come in and out of this match the champion and at Hard Justice, I don't care if you're Brock Lesnar, Christian Cage, Jericho, or Jeff Hardy you will get your ass whooped SLAPNUTS!
Lesnar vs Hardy vs Jericho vs Cage for a NWA World Title Shot at Hard Justice Lesnar was the main focus of the match. Towards the end, he tossed Cage and Jericho out of the ring and while they brawled Borck hit the Verdict on Jeff and locked in the Brock Lock and Hardy tapped instantly after Brock started applying more pressure. B+
NWA World Title Jarrett vs Sandman vs Funk vs AJ AJ almost had the pinfall until Sandman caned the crap out of everyone. "OH MY GOD!!! White Russian Legsweep on Jarrett, IT'S OVER, 1...2...3! We have a new champion! It looks like if Brock can defend his No.1 spot against Jarrett next week on Impact, Brock vs The Sandman is set in stone for Hard Justice, if not it'll be Jarrett vs Sandman" -Don West
Sandman goes in the crowd with five six-packs of beer and shares it with the fans to celebrate his recent win.
Next week's card so far
No.1 Contenders: Lesnar vs Jarrett Sting and his mystery partner vs AMW

I know I turn the numbers into letters. e.x. if I get and 81 that's a B- How about using the numbers? It works better to seperate it from the TEW diaries. Why does it matter? Most people that use EWR and TEW re-write their stuff to what they see in their mind anyways. Why instead of complaining and nit-picking at everyone's diary, don't you just comment on the diary itself, rather than something stupid like this? Onto the diary... I like bringing in Lesnar, though I would have rather seen him be a "surprise" than just sorta, on the show. Lethal vs Aries as a draw was okay, obvious you wanna push both without hurting the other. Not a bad idea, I just hope it doesn't happen too much. Kill team Canada . I'm personally never a fan of actually using them, let alone pushing them. It does have a TNA feel so far, just hope that's not a bad thing. Hopefully you throw some of your own ideas into it and give it that "twist" you're talking about.

The 'nitpicking' is called constructive criticism. I've heard much worse about my diaries, most, if not all, PMed or AIMed at me. It doesn't really matter if he uses numbers or not, I was just giving the kid crap. The diary's not that bad by any standard, honestly. My only beef is Lyger and Joe in a Texas Deathmatch. Lyger just wouldn't work the match, is all.

Lyger just wouldn't work the match, is all. Usually when giving constructive criticism, you give him advice on how to improve his diary and your insights toward that, not something petty without even commenting on it. And I do agree about Lyger/Joe. But I guess if that's the match he wants, there isn't much to do. But he's right, in a realistic time, Joe and Lyger really probably wouldn't take part in a Texas Deathmatch.

And what the hell was a Texas Death match doing on a TNA show with no buildup? In TNA, it'd likely be referred to as the heh douchedown or something.

I like the idea of a TNA developmental territory. Sad part is, 89% of their roster deserves to be in it.
