I broke down and ordered a set of ML VII from toyglobe.com. I hope they turn out to be reputable. It was 64.99 for the set. Not too bad.

I was out with a friend last night and we found a fresh case of ML 7 at KB...he got the 3 he wanted...and they were on "sale" for 6.99. He about craphimslef cause he was just saying how he hasn't bought anything at that KB in probalby 2-3 months.

WEll, FINALLY my local WM stocked SOMETHING new...I found the solo Scorpion still on the pegs. Alone with what I swear were a good ten versions of Spider-man. God....its insane. They still havent gotten any ML VI yet. All I need is Juggernaut, but I think he'll show up soon. I know some crapis sitting in back for the X-mas goons. I just so badly want to go "PEOPLE BUY THESE YEAR ROUND, YOU KNOW!"
BTW-Scorpion is pretty nice. I dont get all the SM figs because I usually dont care-I find Rhino a lot but just dont like it. But his tail is nice and heavy AND he still can stand up. He joints are pretty tight, but I got him posed well enough.

Sweet! I can't wait to get that Scorpion. It looks to be the best villain in quite a while, and SMC seems to be the only MArvel line that shows up here.

Definitely ML4. Great sculpt, great articulation, great base, great accesories (guns that he looks normal holding!). It's leaps and bounds above ML6 and the Urban Legends set Punishers. Unless you REALLY need a trenchcoat.
There's a little comic convention in my hometown tomorrow, mostly dealers and Bob Hall, whoever that is (the name sounds really familiar). I'm hoping someone has ML6 and/or 7. It's my last hope before I turn to ebay.

Is Hawkeye rare because my local TRU has about 4. Yeah its pretty rare. I TXT'd the comic shop and added Apoc to my preorder of Hawkeye. The other place I ordered it from has had them in for 2 weeks and no sign of Apoc so I don't want to risk missing him so if both come I'll stick one on ebay for the price I payed. |
