January 5th was my birthday and my awesome girlfriend got me a ton of cool stuff. She got me ML8 Iceman, Storm (regular), and Man-thing. She also got me ML6 Phoenix. She also said that she ordered me Hulk Classics Abomination, but it hasn't come in yet. Hell yeah!
However, the hip joint on the Iceman figure broke! I am pissed. I guess it was messed up to begin with because I didn't do anything to break it except move the legs. Thankfully, my girlfriend saved the receipt so we might be able to get a refund or exchange (she ordered it from an online store). If nothing else, at least Iceman isn't the rarest of the bunch. It would have really sucked if Storm broke.
BTW, she also got me CS 4 Santana, Hillbilly Jim, JYD, HJD as well as the Coach. Plus she got me the Snake Armor He-man (the overseas one)!
Not bad birthday presents!

I was thinking of who else could be considered Marvel Legends that have not been made yet (or in the process of being made). Here are some I came up with:
Thanos - Why hasn't the guy gotten a figure yet? He has nearly destroyed the Marvel Universe repeatedly and whupped pretty much every hero's butt in the process. He needs to come with a removable Infinity Gauntlet.
Captain Marvel - This could go with the original CM or his son Legacy.
Quasar - He's one of those space hero guys. He's had his own comic. He has He-man hair. Why not?
Ultron - He's bound to get a figure sooner or later. However, he has had a great figure out of the From the Vault series in the late 90's. I could live with that.
Nova - You know, the former New Warrior. He would be cool as a Marvel Legend figure.
Onslaught - I would like a see a Juggarnaut size (or bigger) figure of Onslaught. He headed his own storyline- cost the lives of the Avengers and Fantastic Four, and looked bad ass.
Red Skull - I am sorry but that series 5 one sucks. His articulation is sub-par, his build is puny, and his hat doesn't fit on his head. We need a bad ass figure of Red Skull to fit with the legendary arch-nemisis of Captain America.
Baron Zemo - Head of Masters of Evil, fooled the world into believing his Thunderbolts were heroes, how could he not be a legend?
Silver Sable - Her Spider-man figure sucked.
Havok - I love Havok. I would like a new figure of him, either in his classic black and white look or his current look. The guy has lead X-Factor and is a current leader of the X-men. He deserves a new figure.
Jubilee - It's been ages since we got a Jubilee. I want a good one this time to make up for that aweful Generation X version.
Secondary heroes that I would like to see (since they made Deathlok and Man-thing!): Darkhawk (never had a fig!), Moon Knight, some more 2099 people (like Doom, Hulk, Ghost Rider, Vulture, some of the X-men), Crossbones, Black Knight, Constrictor, Avalanche, Pyro.

I agree that Thanos needs a figure BADLY. But he, like many you mentioned, have been either defunct or ignored for years. Thanos has a comic, but he's much tamer now. Would anyone beyond fans recall his evil heyday? I know we got Man-Thing, Original Ghost Rider, and Deathlok...but I think all of them have movies coming relatively soon. The same goes for 2099. Beyond the KayBee exclusive, those will never be made. 2099 was TOO long ago and isnt coming back. But ML is a very ecclectic line at times, so I guess I'd never say never. My wants: Ultron-I agree that we NEED one. Hopefully he's truly released in those future line-ups. Astonishing X-Men Wolverine-While the guy has TOO many figs already, this one is one that SHOULD be made. With the popularity of Astonishing, the fact he's now an Avenger, and the fact that he's yet to have an accurate "recent" figure, tis should be fixed. ESPECIALLY if the new Cyke is based off Astonishing as well. More Ultimate versions-Because its Marvel's most popular line, its kinda odd that there has only been one or two figs from there made (Cap and Spider-man). Shadowcat-Has she ever had a figure? One of my all time favorite females of comics, she deserves a figure soon. And its a perfect opportunity to make a Lockheed. And a variant is easily done (she DOES phase) Kingpin-Juggernaut and Apocalypse are perfect templates for the hulking crime boss. Vulture-Yea, he's probably more for the SMC line, but as one of Spidey's oldest villains, and the fact he's still not had a fig yet is a shame. Will kids buy an old man dressed as a bird? Well, will they buy a Man-Thing?

I am tempted to order the last 3 of series 9 so I will have an immediate complete Galactus. I am afraid I will not be able to find the last figures/parts I will need.

According to Superhero Times: Series 10 - Sentinel Series (shipping in July) 1st Appearance Spiderman Cyclops X-Factor Cyclops (variant) Angel X-Factor Angel (variant) Black Panther Omega Red Mr. Sinister Mystique Black Panther (variant) Series 11 - Legendary Riders Series (shipping in October) Origin Thing Logan Iron Man Hulk Buster Vengeance Task Master Ultron Wonder-Man Scarlet Witch Logan (variant) Wonder-Man (variant) I assume the Sentinel series will have parts to build a Sentinel like series 9 has parts for Galactus. I have no idea what Legendary Riders means. I hope both line-ups are true. I am DYING for a Mr. Sinister Marvel Legend figure. Taskmaster, Vengeance, and Omega Red would be sweet too. Those Lineups sound awesome and very acurate i would mind to have all of them

Yeah, i'm new to the boards.. but i got a great find today at my wal-mart
i got an apocalypse, a hawkeye
and the biggy a phasing vision.. now i'm keeping the Hawkeye/Apoc but i was wondering what the phasing vision is worth now?
and if it even matters he came with a comic, not a poster.
Also i passed up on a re-released version of Goliath, i wasnt sure if that was the right thing or not, since no one really goes there i assume i'll have time to go back and get it if i should

Hey everyone..
I was collection the X-Men of Marvel Legends.
And I quit buying them after Sabretooth and Collosus because the newer ones are hard to find.. Like Pheonix and stuff..
But I was wondering if it is worth the trouble to get back into it. With all the freaking chases and all.

Well thats good news I guess. Wal-Mart has Storm, Weapon X, and Iceman.. I put them on Layaway just in case I decided to get them. And if they are reisuing Juggy, Pheonix and Cable I think I'll be on the look out for them. BSR

ML 8 is shipping from Diamond. 2 of my 4 cases will be here wednesday. I feel I will get shafted out of my other 2 and never get them(granted, I don't want them 2 months down the line either).

That is awesome news. I was wondering if they would come before February (which 8 & 9 were both solicited for). I'll finally be able to get the rarer figs from some place other than ebay!

Finally had good legends finds. I picked up a Deadpool and Brown Wolverine at Wal Mart. Deadpool is probably my favorite ML figure out there. Then I found ML8 yesterday, but no Balck Widow or Man Thing. Picked up a Storm and IceMan. Still on the lookout for Phoenix and Black Widow. I hope they release Rogue as a single figure...

How are they releasing the old SMC villains? As it's own series. They're showing up now. I believe the case ratio is 3x Carnage 3x Ultimate Rhino 2x Morbius 2x Green Goblin (Ramos) 2x Ultimate Lizard
