Went to TRU today. Friend got Sandman, and I got the poseable Spider-Man from the set. Very nice figure, albeit a little stiff.
KB had a lot of ML8. Tons of Iceman, Storm, Captain America, and Iron Man. 1 Man Thing.

Previews has ML10 listed this month, and it confirms the lineup we've all heard. No definite word on variants. What the hell is Toy Biz thinking putting Spider-Man in ML when he's got his own line? Series 10 - Sentinel Series 1st Appearance Spider-Man Cyclops Angel Black Panther Omega Red Mr. Sinister Mystique Didn't they already do a 1st Appearance Spidey in an early SMC series? This set's only cool figures are Omega Red, Mr. Sinister, and Mystique. I'm happy with my XMC Cyclops and Archangel, and Black Panther is lame, IMO.

well yesterday I walked into Wal-Mart and found ML 7 Vision (Reg.) 3 Weapon Xs, and 2 Silver Centurion Iron Mans I put 1 of each in Lay-away for later on. Also I love the series 10 line-up but I need to find SMC figs, ML 7 (Hawkeye, Apoc) ML 8, and what is the line up for ML 9?

4 inch Marvel Legends are coming....http://www.toynewsi.com/index.php?catid=23&itemid=5894
I'll wait until I see pictures to judge, but it sounds like a good idea.

I see no reason to own 4" versions of figures I already own 6" versions of. They say their using the same sculpts, so they probably aren't going to put out anyone in 4" form if they don't have a 6" figure. So that's definitely a pass for me.

They won't be scaled down versions of the regular versions, it'll be new sculpts, but they will have the same POA. Good news for people that have been wanting playsets and vehicles.

I'll be getting a full set of ML 10 for the Sentinel (I've wanted one for ages) and maybe just Scarlet Witch for series 11.

I FINALLY found MLVIII at KB Toys while I was browsing the mall with my wife today. They had everyone except Black Widow. But mainly I wanted Cap, Iceman, and Storm anyway.

Any new ML's in my area are snapped up by the local ebay whore. . . .who has what seems like infinite connections. Any chance you could pick me up Storm and/or Iceman?? You know I'm good for it!

You know I'm good for it! If I find any more of them I will. They only had one of each today (except Cap, and Iron Man), which I got for myself. But if I find any extras, I will hook you up!

Is it just me or does that Black Widow suck really bad? Her neck looks stupid. You would think that Toybiz would stick with what works and not include the special neck joint like they did with BW...
I'm aware that Elektra and Phoenix have this joint too, but for BW, it looks WAY too long.

It seems like everyone these days blames scalper/ebay whores when they can't find something. Could it be there is another collector in your area

I guess I can't bitch about not finding variants anymore. I found these at the same time at the same WM! That has to be some kind of luck...horray for that lucky penny, I guess. Viola! I really dig the GR fig, but I am willing to possibly trade on Vision for either Dark Phoenix or Brown Cable.

Actually, I was really impressed overall by Storm. Great neck and hip joints...high heels instead of flat-footed (perfect for Mystique, BTW)...completely new female sculpt which should work well for many others. I was taking some pics in my room and thought I'd take one of the sweet pose I got my Ock to stand in, along with my loose-jointed Snapshot Spidey that works great for this:

The only person from ML8 I have seen is Storm. She is everywhere in Kansas.
Also, I picked up a Spider-Man Classics Lizard today, not Ultimate. I guess they are repacking the waves. I looked on the back of the card and there was: Dual-Swinging Spider-Man, Hydro Spider-Man, Sandman, Lizard, Venom, and I think Super-Poseable Spider-Man.
Lizard was the last villian remaining on the shelf and I never picked him up in the beginning. Good figure, and I guess different packed cases are hitting the states.
