Kevin Nash won the Kevin Nash Open Invitational X-Division Gauntlet Battle Royal. (Participants included Shark Boy, Sonjay Dutt, Petey Williams, Matt Bentley, Kazarian, Puma and Elix Skipper.)
Eric Young defeated Larry Zybysko in a Loser Gets Fired Match.
Austin Starr defeated Jay Lethal with a 450 Splash.
Chris Sabin pinned Senshi to win the X-Division Championship.
Christian Cage defeated Rhino in a Detroit '8 Mile Street Fight' after interference from the debuting Lance Storm.
AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels defeated LAX in a Six Sides of Steel match to retain the NWA Tag Team Championships.
Samoa Joe defeated Abyss, Raven and Brother Runt in a Monster's Ball match. Bryan Danielson attacked Joe as he celebrated.
Sting defeated Jeff Jarrett with the Scorpion Deathlock to win the NWA Championship. Special Enforcer Kurt Angle raised the new champions arm in celebration, not once taking his eye off the gold in his hands as Bound For Glory goes off air.

iMPACT Preview 2/11/2006
New NWA World Champion Sting will be present as a number of NWA Legends will be on hand to celebrate his title victory.
Also, AJ Styles and Christopher Daniels will be in action when they face Kazarian and Bentley.
Austin Starr debuted at Bound For Glory with a victory over Jay Lethal. Will his 'Starr' continue to rise on iMPACT?
Samoa Joe won Monster's Ball, but the good feeling didn't last as Bryan Danielson attacked him. What will Joe have to say?
And what will Rhino do after Lance Storm appeared, costing him his match against Christian Cage at Bound For Glory?

It sounds alright. I don't know how the TNA fans will take to Danielson, but this should be good either way. I'll be reading.

TNA has capitalised on a recent firing spree and picked up many signatures of great talent.
In full-
Bryan Danielson, Lance Storm, Yoshihiro Tajiri and Mike Rotundo have joined the main roster, with Rotundo heading into a career as a mentor for many young stars.
Arik Cannon, Hallowicked and Mike Quackenbush have been training with TNA trainers and working house shows in the Nashville area.
Bill DeMott, Dean Malenko, Ricky Steamboat and Droz have all joined TNA's backstage force.
TNA hopes to strengthen the roster and sign more reputable employees to help launch the product further.

NWA Legends consisting of Harley Race, Steve Williams, Tully Blanchard, Lex Luger, Ricky Steamboat, Sgt Slaughter, Mike Rotundo and Michael 'PS' Hayes welcomed the new NWA Champion Sting into the ring to celebrate his victory. Jeff Jarrett tried to crash the celebration, but was chased off by many of the legends. 82%
Austin Starr pinned Jay Lethal. 77%
Backstage, LAX tell Jeremy Borash that they feel cheated from Bound For Glory's Six Sides of Steel match. They warn that the NWA Tag Titles aren't safe with Styles and Daniels as long as LAX is in TNA. 65%
AJ Styles and Daniels defeated Bentley and Kazarian. Post-match, the NWA Tag Champions were both layed out with Double Powerbombs from LAX. 72%
Backstage, Chris Sabin is polishing his newly won X-Division Championship belt. However, the camera is in a hidden area, Sabin unaware of it. The camera cuts as Sabin exits the room. 74%
Raven defeated Brother Runt and Abyss in a Hardcore match. After the match, Raven claimed that he is the most 'extreme' star on the TNA roster. 70%
Backstage, a livid Jeff Jarrett said Sting has his property and that he wants it back. Kurt Angle walks into view to a sea of cheers. He stares at Jarrett who trash talks to the Olympian. Angle walks away without a word. 86%
Rhino defeated Monty Brown via DQ when Lance Storm interfered. Storm and Rhino engaged in a brawl on the ramp and had to be separated. 69%
In the ring, Samoa Joe warns Bryan Danielson that TNA is a whole different world than what he's accustomed to. He says that his rival should not attempt to interfere in his affairs again or he'd be 'deadly' sorry. Danielson stands on the rampway smiling and laughing at Joe before heading backstage, leaving Joe slightly frustrated in the ring. 73%
A video hypes Sting's NWA Title win. 94%
Sting pinned Scott Steiner. Jeff Jarrett attacked Sting after the match. As the 2 on 1 continued, Kurt Angle ran to the ring, as he and Sting cleared off Steiner and Jarrett. The iMPACT Zone went wild seeing them together, as Angle stared at Sting and his NWA title to end the show. 86%

Glad to see Storm in TNA. I hope Styles and Daniels break up soon, i'd like to see Styles in the main event, and Daniels feuding with Sabin for the X-Title.
Cool seeing the legends in TNA. I hope Sbin has a good reign.

I really hope Angle turns heel soon. I know it'd be lopsided with 3 major heels vs the 1 major face, but you did Angle was eyeing the title at BFG. But im only nitpicking
This is actually a pretty good diary. Samoa Joe seems like the perfect man to pit against Danielson, dont really know why. Keep it comin!

Gregory Helms has parted ways with WWE after a bust up about a TNA iMPACT taping. Helms was backstage visiting friends and word got back to WWE officials, who weren't happy about him being there. Helms is now a free agent.
Elijah Burke has also been released for undisclosed reasons.

Jim Cornette makes his way to the ring. He says that due to last weeks events, he's making the iMPACT main event a tag team contest between Kurt Angle & Sting against Jeff Jarrett & Scott Steiner. 72%
Chris Sabin defeated Senshi to retain the X-Division Championship. The mystery camera was postioned this time on top of the entrance tunnel, filming Sabin unknowingly as he walked back up the rampway with his title. 77%
Christy Hemme is backstage with Yoshihiro Tajiri, who recieves a huge pop. Hemme welcomes him to TNA and offers to accompany him to the ring tonight. Unfortunately, Tajiri does not understand and leaves everyone a little confused. 70%
Backstage, Bryan Danielson lays into Samoa Joe, calling him a fat nobody in a promotion full of superstars. He asks him where his World title's are, where his fame is. Danielson dubs Joe a loser that cannot and will not stop him from dominating TNA. 70%
Austin Starr pinned Shark Boy following a Brainbuster. 70%
Rhino arrives at the arena, only to be attacked viciously by Christian Cage and Lance Storm. The duo take off, leaving Rhino unconcious in a pool of his own blood. 81%

Jeff Jarrett and Scott Steiner defeated Sting and Kurt Angle when Jarrett smashed his guitar over Angle's head. As the winning team continued with their beatdown, the lights went out. 'End of Days' by Fozzy hit, and on the titantron this graphic appeared, much to the delight of the rabid TNA fans.

Sting will defend the NWA Heavyweight Championship against Jeff Jarrett, who is envoking his rematch clause.

Wrestling Observer-
Eddie Fatu, well known as Umaga, has left World Wrestling Entertainment after a dispute over his character's direction in the company. Fatu is expected to be picked up by TNA and resume his Samoan persona as Ekmo. It is possible he may be teamed with former partner and also recently released WWE superstar Sonny Siaki.
