Raw Preview for 11/13/2006[/size]

The biggest news coming from Vince McMahon's office this week has been that he has a big announcement coming for Monday night! Vince hasn't been this excited for an announcement in a long time. What could is possibly mean? All that is known is that the announcement will change the face of Raw for good!

Last week, John Cena attempted to make the save for Maria against Umaga but was too late. This week on Raw, he will try to rectify this problem as he goes one on one against the Samoan Bulldozer!

Lita, the WWE Women's Champion, will be in a title match for the third time in two weeks. This week, she puts her gold on the line against none other then Torrie Wilson. Can the Playboy covergirl and all-American sweetheart take the title for the first time, or will the Rated R vixen continue her dominance?

Also, D-Generation X will be in the house! We saw them embarrass Eric Bischoff last week, what could they have in store for Edge and Randy Orton?

All of this plus much more Monday night, at 9pm (8 central) on USA!

World Tag Team Champion Ric Flair w/ Roddy Piper VS Kenny w/ the Spirit Squad
RAW opens this week with “The Nature Boy” and Roddy Piper on their way to the ring! The Spirit Squad soon follow, and Flair is set to take on Kenny. This is a fairly basic Flair match, with Kenny on offense throughout the early portion of the match. Flair makes his comeback blocking a headlock with a back drop suplex, and lands some chops on Kenny in the corner. Kenny tries to go up top, but Flair sends him down and locks in the Figure Four. Before Kenny could tap, Mitch hits the ring to cause a DQ! The Spirit Squad and Piper get into it, until Dusty Rhodes makes the save! Bionic Elbows for everybody send the Spirit Squad to the back. Flair, Piper, and Rhodes stare down the Squad.

Calling out the Champ
Armando Alejandro Estrada and Umaga make their way to the ring. Estrada calls out John Cena, telling him that his time as WWE Champion is nearing an end, at the hands of the Samoan Bulldozer. Right as Estrada starts to raise his voice, John Cena hits the ring! He chases off Estrada, and Umaga backs off! John Cena grabs the microphone, and tells Umaga that later tonight, HE has met his match.

The boss is here
Backstage, we see a limousine pull up. The door opens, and Vince McMahon steps out! Vince looks at the camera, and then walks off. Of course, he has a huge announcement for tonight.

Shad w/ JTG VS Shelton Benjamin
A recap is shown of JTG and Shad stealing Shelton Benjamin’s bling last week. Benjamin is pissed, and fires up on Shad early in the match. Shelton gets control, but Shad manages to rake the eyes to escape Benjamin’s advantage. Shelton goes for a T-Bone suplex, but JTG goes on the apron. Shelton runs after him, but gets nailed with his own chain! Shad rolls him up for three, and gets the win! Cryme Tyme stole Shelton’s bling, and then win!

WWE WOMEN’S CHAMPIONSHIP: Lita © VS Torrie Wilson
Torrie Wilson shocks Lita early on with a couple of arm drags to stun the redhead. Lita however manages to nail a vicious elbow as Torrie hit the ropes to gain the advantage. She locks on a side headlock, but Torrie Wilson elbows out of it. Torrie gives Lita a hip-toss, then sends her into the corner, where she hits an avalanche clothesline. Torrie turns her back, wedgies her shorts, and gives Lita the stinkface! Lita is groggy, as Torrie goes for the Nosejob… but Lita sweeps up the legs of Torrie and pins her with her feet on the ropes for a three count! Lita then leaves, happy with her cheating, as Torrie is fuming.

The big announcement
Vince McMahon is in the ring. He says that he has made a decision that will change the face of the WWE. RAW has needed a General Manager since Eric Bischoff was fired so very long ago. However, after seeing the great job Bischoff did last week… he realized that he made a mistake. Eric Bischoff wants to kill DX, and that makes the enemy of your enemy your friend. Thus… the new RAW General Manager is Eric Bischoff! Bischoff hits the ring, and thanks McMahon. He then announces that his first act as RAW GM is to make the main event of Triple H and Shawn Michaels against Randy Orton, Edge… AND Johnny Nitro!

John Cena VS Umaga w/ Armando Alejandro Estrada
This match doesn’t even get started as Cena attacks Umaga during the giant’s entrance! The two brawl all over the arena, and through the fans! They fight all the way back to ringside, where the match finally gets under way. Umaga gets the advantage, and hits Cena with the running ass splash in the corner. Umaga goes for the Samoan Spike, but Cena blocks it! He tries to pick Umaga up for the F-U… but Umaga pushes him into Armando… Armando shoots a fireball at Cena! Cena holds his eyes on the mat, as Armando laughs at his old school trickery.

Carlito VS Chris Masters VS Super Crazy VS Jeff Hardy
This match if for the number one contenders spot for the Intercontinental Championship. A high-flying affair to open the match, as Carlito, Super Crazy, and Jeff Hardy all tumble to the outside. Back in the ring, Masters and Crazy seemingly work together to beat down Carlito, until Crazy turns on Masters and hits a moonsault press for a two-count. Hardy and Carlito work together on Masters, even hitting a flying kick off Carlito’s back to Masters in the corner! However, the end comes when Jeff goes for another one of these kicks, but Carlito cuts him off with a Clothesline, and then hits the Backcracker for three! Carlito will face Johnny Nitro next week for the Intercontinental Championship!

Rated RKO are backstage
Edge, Lita, and Randy Orton are backstage. Maria, who is bandaged up after last week’s attack, tries to ask the questions, but Edge piefaces her out of the shot. Orton and Edge tell D-X that tonight, their number is up: the shenanigans and seven year old jokes are though – tonight is a war.

Edge w/ Lita, Randy Orton, and Johnny Nitro w/ Melina VS Triple H and Shawn Michaels
For the first few minutes, this match is a complete brawl, with D-X overcoming the odds and getting the advantage. Johnny Nitro is left alone in the ring with the degenerates, and eats a double back-body drop. Rated RKO get the advantage when Randy Orton gives Shawn Michaels a low blow behind the referee’s back, and they maintain the advantage for several minutes. Orton uses his chinlock to ground Michaels, but Shawn fights back, and gives him an Atomic Drop. Michaels rolls past Edge and Nitro, and makes the tag to Triple H. Triple H beats down the opposition, and finally hits a Pedigree on Johnny Nitro, as Shawn Michaels dives to the outside on to Rated RKO… but Melina pulls the referee out of position! Triple H grabs Melina, but she throws powder in his eyes! Johnny Nitro comes out of nowhere and hits Triple H with the Intercontinental Championship! Triple H is down, and Nitro makes the cover… but Shawn Michaels makes the save! Michaels hits Nitro with Sweet Chin Music, but when he turns around, he’s planted with the RKO! Randy Orton makes the cover, and gets the three count!

After the match, Edge gets on the microphone, and tells D-X that if they think that this was bad, just wait until they do it again at Survivor Series.
