Treason Against Vince: BackstoryAlways since the Monday Night Wars and mainly recently since the birth of Total Non-stop Action, the WWE has always faced the problem of promotion jumping. Many times has the WWE run into problems with their wrestlers and staff over contract extensions and releases. Not long ago they ran into some trouble with Paul Heyman, legendary crazy mastermind of ECW. His contract was coming up to expiration and due to dislike from Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, it appeared that Heyman’s time at WWE was finished. Vince McMahon rubbed his hands together and opened his chequebook and kept a hold onto Heyman though. He offered him a spot as booker in developmental promotion OVW and Heyman jumped at the chance.
But then Vince McMahon decided to bring back ECW as a separate brand, featuring all of the top ECW names that worked in the WWE plus some others from the world of wrestling. Heyman was going to have a position on the booking team, but not complete control (remember this was Vince McMahon’s idea…). Happy to try it, Heyman accepted the deal.
Soon realising this brand was not anything to compare to the original ECW some wrestlers and Heyman himself became distressed at the fact the WWE had completely **** on those famous three letters that meant so much to so many.
Now the line has been crossed and several wrestlers have been in contact with a keen Tod Gordon (former owner of ECW) about starting a new promotion. Many ECW originals have asked for their releases from the WWE and Vince McMahon has gladly let some of them go (The Sandman, Terry Funk and Little Guido Maritato). However, Vince was shocked and displeased to have to cancel the contracts of such ECW legends as Sabu, Tommy Dreamer and Paul Heyman himself.
Gordon and Heyman now reunited even though having differences in the past have expressed that this promotion isn’t going to be a duplicate of the original ECW. It will feature some of the originals, but also some new faces. The logo and name of the promotion doesn’t stick to the plan completely though as the promotion is called ‘New Extreme Pro Wrestling.’ Those set aside, expect an amazing spirit to rise from this new promotion and the awesome ability the athletes bring you.Roster * = New Green = Heel Red = FaceWrestlersThe SandmanTerry FunkJames Maritato (Little Guido, Nunzio)SabuJustin Credible Kid KashMark Jindrak Mike Sanders Sean O'Haire Shawn Stasiak Jerry Lynn Tajiri Homicide B-Boy Brent Albright Super Dragon Ultimo Guerrero Chris Hero* OthersPaul Heyman - PromoterMike Johnson - AnnouncerEd Ferrara - AnnouncerBeulah McGuillicutty - Valet---------------------------- Hey, I'll be properly starting this within the next couple of days or before, but I thought I'd give you a little preview there. Your roster is really, really good. The first show looks good, too. SST/NBT and the 6-man tags both sound good.

Hellovision #1 ----------------- James Maritato, Kid Kash, and Mike Sanders vs Ultimo Guerrero, Super Dragon, and Tajiri Our opening match was not short of exciting spots. Each of the men taking a suicide dive onto the other 5 on the outside in a serious of explosive moves. The opening match in NEPW history was well received by the fans as all 6 men gave it all they had until a devious double team from Kash and Sanders on Guerrero. Sanders distracted Guerrero while Kash hammered over the back of the head with a steel chair. Kash then got the cover on Guerrero for the win.Strong Style Thugs vs Jindrak and O'HaireIn what was a great outing from both teams, the SST came out victorious after Homicide hit the cop killa on Jindrak. O’Haire took the defeat badly and ran rampant on the SST with a lead pipe, and not the WCW kind of lead pipe either. The SST were left bloody in the ring after a fantastic WRESTLING match.Tommy Dreamer and Beulah were backstage explaining what it feels like to be back in a real wrestling promotion with real emotions, and none of that phoney crap. Dreamer said that tonight was going to mark his real return to wrestling because he said he hasn’t wrestled for real in 5 years sarcastically.Shawn Stasiak vs SabuSabu was obviously pissed off in this match, but when isn’t he? In a traditional hardcore ass-kicking match Sabu pinned Stasiak after a serious of chair shots, high flying moves and after being put through several tables. Stasiak wasn’t completely buried… but he was definitely out of his element. Paul Heyman came to ring to an amazing reception. He thanked the fans for supporting him and the wrestlers throughout the years, and then he thanked Tod Gordon for putting their professional and personal differences behind them. He then said a sincere “ you” to Vince McMahon and his corporate buddies. Heyman then got a roar from the crowd when he announced that NEPW was having it’s first PPV event on Dec. 17th and it was called ‘Extreme Double-Crossings”Jerry Lynn vs Tommy Dreamer vs Justin Credible vs The SandmanThis was an extremely emotional match. Four ‘hardcore’ legends stepped into the ring and gave it all they got. They didn’t care if it was their last match, they wanted this one to be the one to stand out. All four of the guys received amazing ovations from the fans, and when the match begun there was a silent respect for each of them. This might have been the closest four way match there had ever been and showed so much ability and heart. It even contained a duelling canes match within it between Credible and Sandman where Credible showed how tough he really was when he screamed at Sandman “Hit me harder you hardcore son of a bitch!” When neither of the men went down, they both turned to Lynn and Dreamer and individually caned them. At the end of the match it was Tommy Dreamer who came out as the winner after hitting the dreamer DDT on Justin Credible on a chair.-------------- Okay so there's the first show dudes. Hope to get some comments on it :-) Always open to ideas! Also if it's in anyway possible and I ask this politely. If anyone can make me some graphics I'd be very grateful!

Good show there Jim. Lay off the victories using weapons. Nearly all those were basically won by sneak attacks with weapons. I done this when I done my first Diary and realised it wasn't good.
Other than that, some quality match writing. Can't wait for the PPV!

Hellovision #2 ------------------ Chris Hero vs. Brent AlbrightA great performance from both of the two debuting wrestlers. Hero tried his best to make Albright’s life miserable in the ring, but did not prevail. After hitting the One Night Stand on hero, Albright got a win on his debut. The fans cheered throughout due to the great chain wrestling had in the match. A surprising look of respect was on Hero’s face at the end of the match. Then we went to a promo with Justin Credible. He explained that he was in the lottery for the title qualifiers. As he wasn’t picked he spoke to Paul Heyman, he asked about the possibility of a title shot at the champion. Heyman told Credible that at Extreme Double-Crossings there would be a fatal four way for the NEPW Television Championship and Credible would be one of the four in the match. Credible then said that the other three wrestlers would have to go to him if they wanted to be in the match, the first three would be entered… But will not be revealed until Extreme Double Crossings.Strong Style Thugs vs. Kash and SandersKash and Sanders are now teaming regularly. The SST got a massive pop from the fans whilst Kash and Sanders got their expected wave of boos. Surprisingly Kash and Sanders played fairly through the match except the several double teams in the corner. When it looked like Homicide was going to set-up Sanders for the finish Sean O’Haire and Mark Jindrak ran in whilst Kash distracted the referee. Jindrak took out B-Boy and O’Haire hit the powerbomb on Homicide laying him out. Kash then hit the dead level for the win. After the match Paul Heyman came down with a microphone and said that the situation between the SST and Jindrak and O’Haire had to be settled. He also said now Kash and Sanders are in the middle of it. Heyman said that at Extreme Double-Crossings there will be a 3-teams match where it will be Strong Style Thugs vs. Kid Kash and Mike Sanders vs. Sean O’Haire and Mark Jindrak, but not only that… The NEPW Tag Team Titles will be on the line! All of the 3 teams looked satisfied with the decision. NEPW World Heavyweight Championship Qualified #1: Tommy Dreamer vs. The SandmanAn amazing contest by the two. In the early going Sandman caned Dreamer until he gushed with blood. They fought on the outside and in the crowd for most of the match and the crowd loved it. It looked to be all but over when Sandman legdropped Dreamer off a ladder through a table, but Dreamer recovered. Dreamer soon had the upper hand, and showed his true extreme mentality. Dreamer then himself caned Sandman who refused to go down, however it weakened him for the Spicolli driver which Dreamer hit and got the three count with.Tommy Dreamer has qualified for the World Title match at Extreme Double-Crossings*A video was then shown, to hype Extreme Double-Crossings. Interestingly it said, “Whatever happens on Sunday 17th December… there will be a five star double-crossing"*Sabu vs. Jerry LynnIn a truly fantastic contest from these two, Sabu came out the victor. Jerry Lynn didn’t go out without a fight however. After kicking out of two triple jump moonsaults, an Arabian facebuster through a table was just too much for Lynn. Sabu showed the same resilience, he too kicked out of Lynn’s finishing move… the Cradle Piledriver. You could really see the emotion on their faces as they couldn’t believe how much the other had given in the match. The majority of the match was kept within the ring except a few suicide dives to the outside. The crowd really did go wild for this match, and the crowd was split in half over who they wanted to win. The crowd were amazed these two still had it in them to have a match of this quality. Sabu has qualified for the World Title match at Extreme Double-Crossings ---------------------------- NEPW Extreme Double-Crossings PPV CardNEPW World Heavyweight Championship Cage MatchSabu vs. Tommy DreamerNEPW Television Championship Fatal Four Way MatchJustin Credible vs. ? vs. ? vs. ?NEPW Tag Team Championships Three Teams MatchStrong Style Thugs vs. Mark Jindrak & Sean O'Haire vs. Kid Kash & Mike SandersMore Matches to be announced soon!---------------------------- So there's the second TV show and the card for Extreme Double-Crossings.
