Just picked up Identity Crisis. Pretty great stuff. But it kind of peters out towards the end. I liked the whole thing from beginning to end. I have to put it up there with Watchmen, as one of the better comic stories I have ever read.

I have to put it up there with Watchmen, as one of the better comic stories I have ever read. I wouldn't put it on par with Watchmen quite yet, as it needs a little bit more time to sink in, but i would put it as one of the top, if not the top story of the last 10 years.

Yeah, someone recommended it here, and I figured why not. I read most of the first one already, and I did enjoy it so far.

I bought Detective comics #813 And seven soldiers the bulleter #1 ( i think)
and I bought Batman: County Lines #2 (of 3) and it is an awesome story. If any of you like 30 days of Night it is by the same author. It is a really messed up story and the art is very creep. This is awesome comic and one of the betters i have read in a while. Detecive comics is also getting freaky, I like the whole horror-esque creepy vibe in Batman comics and these two defintily are. It's worth the 5.99 price tag for it as it is in prestige format.

I just got myself caught up on most of my comics... I haven't been to the comic store in about 5 months, so I still have some stuff in my holds box to get...
I got caught up on: Wolverine Ultimate FF Astonishing X-Men
and I still need to get caught up on: New Avengers Young Avengers Infinite Crisis tie ins
But, I took the advice of many people and got House of M... and I love it. Such an awesome idea.

I went a few days ago and only ended up with four comics: The Punisher MAX #27, Flash #227, Ultimate Spider Man #85, and Street Fighter 2 #0. My shop does the in store subscription, so its all good.
Then today at Newbury, I picked GI Joe: America's Elite 1,2, and 4. Not bad reads at all.

Picked up the last two issues of Outsiders today, which I enjoyed. The story spun out of Day of Vengeance, my favorite of the Countdown books, and the second issue had a nice appearance by Donna Troy. I'll defnitely be picking this one up in the future. DC team books are always my favorite of theirs. Too bad Rob Liefeld is drawing Teen Titans right now or I'd give that a try.
