So, it's certainly been awhile since I've been around these parts, I don't remember the last time I made a post here, but I've got the urge to write again, and I've been brainstorming some ideas involving TNA, so let me get going here. No real backstory, Jim Cornette is still your "Public Face of TNA." I have however, rid TNA of several guys not needed, mainly Jeff Jarrett and VKM. Unless otherwise noted, i'm following TNA's PPV schedule. Don't worry, this will be good.

TNA Thursday Night iMPACT Preview For February 1st, 2007!
A Disputed Champion After TNA's last Pay Per View, Final Resolution, Abyss' NWA Title Reign was still intact. The Monster defeated both Sting and Christian Cage in an Elimination Match. James Mitchell, however, got involved in the ending of the bout, which saw Abyss pin Sting to retain the title. Therefore, on this weeks iMPACT broadcast we'll hear from Jim Cornette on the future of the NWA Championship!
Where do Joe and Angle go from here? The 30 Minute Iron Man match between Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle ended in a 30 minute draw. Due to the fact that there was no clear winner at the end of the match, Jim Cornette has gone on record as saying that neither man can touch each other in singles competition for at least half a year! Cornette believes that the only way to stop these men from trying to prove who is better is to invoke such a rule, so that two of his top TNA Wrestlers do not destroy each other. But who WILL they destroy? Find out on iMPACT!
PLUS Chris Daniels is still your X-Division champion after Final Resolution! This week, PCS Winner Austin Starr gets a shot at Daniels for the X-Division gold! Also at Final Resolution, AJ Styles defeated Rhino in a grueling Last Man Standing match and only one week removed from this bout, we'll see AJ Styles in action on iMPACT. Styles has been saying he's grown tired of competition in TNA, but he'll have to deal with Ron "The Truth" Killings, this week at 9, only on Spike TV! ---------------- TNA:WE ARE WRESTLING

TNA Thursday Night Impact
Christian Cage In-Ring Interview An angry Christian Cage hit the ring with his Problem Solver Tomko and quickly got hold of a microphone. He ranted and raved about TNA management until the lights went out in the Impact Zone, and onto the stage came Kurt Angle! Angle quickly cleared the ring of Christian and Tomko, and cut a promo on how he was the best TNA had to offer. Cage came back in from behind with a chair, though, and hit Angle in the back of the head. Impact went to commercial with Angle laid out in the middle of the ring, with Cage holding a chair over his head.
Tag Team Match: Team 3D vs Serotonin w/Devine and Raven These two teams are in the hunt for the NWA Tag Team titles, and this match was heated from the start. It was a back and forth contest until the end, when Team 3D managed to put together a string of offense and landed a 3D on Bentley. Devine, however, jumped onto the apron and distracted the referee, as Raven handed Kazarian a kendo stick, which Kazarian used on both Brother Ray and Brother D-Von. Realizing the referee was about to turn back around, Kazarian quickly slid Bentley on top of the fallen D-Von and Serotonin picked up the victory. As soon as the bell rang, however, Brother Runt ran out to ringside swinging a kendo stick of his own at anything that walked. Team 3D stood tall in the ring as Raven took his pack of misfits to the back, pleased with their victory. Winners: Serotonin
A Storm is Coming... James Storm was backstage with JB cutting a promo on how he was the next great singles star in TNA after removing Chris Harris from the equation. Harris, wearing an eyepatch, came out of nowhere, attacking his former friend by breaking a glass bottle over his head and throwing him into a garage door near the entrance to the Impact Zone. Clearly, this rivalry is just beginning.
Senshi vs Sonjay Dutt This was a battle between two of the biggest stars in TNA's X-Division. The story of this bout, however, was not the two stars in the ring, but the fact that on opposing ramps were Elix Skipper and Konnan. TNAWrestling.com reported this week that both parties were interested in recruiting Senshi. Skipper, for a reunion of Triple X with The Fallen Angel, and Konnan, for LAX. Senshi did not let these two distract him, though, as a few stiff kicks and a Warriors Way did Sonjay Dutt in. Senshi left through the crowd, rather than going up either ramp. Winner: Senshi
Jim Cornette has a Big Announcement! Jim Cornette came out to the ring to a loud applause. He got on the microphone, and first announced two matches for next week's Impact. First, Brother Runt gets his hands on Devine of Serotonin, with Team 3D and Serotonin banned from ringside. Before he announces the next match, he instead addresses the NWA World Title situation. He announces that at TNA's February Pay Per View, Against All Odds, NWA Champion Abyss will put his NWA World Title on the line against Sting in an 10,000 Thumbtacks Match, with James Mitchell hanging in a cage above the ring! Cornette then announced next week's iMPACT Main Event: Kurt Angle and Sting vs Christian Cage and Abyss! Abyss and Cage have had problems of their own, it will be interesting to see if they can co-exist.
TNA X-Divsion Title Match: Austin Starr vs Champion Christopher Daniels Austin Starr came to ringside with manager Kevin Nash A quick camera cutback shows a jealous Alex Shelley watching from backstage. Christopher Daniels comes out to the Triple X theme to a huge reaction, and the match is on. From the opening bell, the match was fast paced and exciting, with both men trading blows back and forth. A missed 450 Splash gave Daniels the opportunity he needed to hit the Angels Wings. Shockingly, though, Austin Starr managed to kick out. As Daniels stood up surprised, Kevin Nash taunted him from the outside. When he around, Starr was up and laid him out with a vicious clothesline. Starr hit the 450 Splash and just like that, a Starr was born. Austin Starr is your new X-Division Champion. Alex Shelley came out after to half-heartedly celebrate with the other 2/3rds of Paparazzi Productions. Winner and New X-Division Champion: Austin Starr
Next Week on IMPACT There's still more TNA action to come tonight, but already announced for next week is Kurt Angle and Sting vs Christian Cage and NWA Champion Abyss! Also on the show, Brother Runt of Team 3D vs Serotonin's Devine! Plus, Rhino returns after a grueling Last Man Standing match at Final Resolution. What's next for the War Machine? Find out next week at 9 on Spike!
Samoa Joe vs Jay Lethal We returned to iMPACT, where Jay Lethal was already in the ring. Soon, the familiar opening of Samoa Joe's theme blared over the speakers in the Impact Zone, and the Samoan Submission Machine hit the ring. From the opening bell, Lethal didn't have much of a chance, as a furious Joe ripped Lethal apart and finished him with an Ankle Lock, showing that while it may be half a year until Angle and Joe can wrestle one on one, that the rivalry was far from over. After the bout, Samoa Joe celebrated, until a strange video hit the screens in the Impact Zone. With Europe's "The Final Countdown" serving as the soundtrack, the video talked about the most celebrated technical wrestler in America today coming to TNA at Against All Odds. Samoa Joe stood in shock, but a small smirk came to his face, as he knew that meant only one thing: "American Dragon" Bryan Danielson is coming to TNA! Winner: Samoa Joe
MAIN EVENT: AJ Styles vs Ron Killings Styles came out to a large number of boos. Killings and Styles worked a fast paced bout, with Styles nailing a variety of his trademark moves, such as the Pele and his springboard Reverse DDT. The end of the match came when Killings missed a Scissors Kick, which gave Styles the opening he needed to hit the Styles Clash. After the match, Styles got on the microphone, and said that he had wrestled everyone there was to wrestle in TNA. He challenged anyone backstage for a match at Against All Odds. The man who came out was someone TNA would have never expected. A surging rock riff blared over the speakers, which soon turned out to be "Enemy" by Fozzy! Then, the singer of Fozzy, the former World Champion, Chris Jericho appeared on the Impact Zone stage to a huge ovation! Jericho welcomed everyone to the Era of Jericho in TNA, and accepted Styles' challenge for a match at Against All Odds! TNA went off the air this week with Styles standing in shock, as the Impact Zone continued to chant Jericho's name. Winner: AJ Styles

Yeah, I think Jericho is more loyal to his former company, than TNA. Plus Danielson has turned down deals. But hey, it still works. Good start, give a reply to TNA! Week 11 is up!!!!

I like this so far aside from a few things, such as the already mentioned Danielson/Jericho debuts. Also, technically for the sake of realism, Triple X cannot be reformed following a match that Dusty Rhodes made where the loser of the tag match could never team up again. You could always say that since Rhodes is gone, the rule is null, or you could take the WWE route and ignore it completely, lol =]
Edit: I forgot to mention that I REALLY like the 6 month rule for Angle and Joe, because it's getting boring now and I think this is the best way to break them up without giving a clear winner to the feud.

TNA iMPACT for February 8th, 2007 X-Division Champion Austin Starr vs Jay LethalTNA's flagship broadcast opened this week with Austin Starr of the Paparazzi, without Kevin Nash, but with Paparazzi Productions partner Alex Shelley in tow. It is quickly noted that this match is not for the X-Division title. It was a quick, fast-paced bout that one has come to expect from the X-Division. Several near-falls were registered throughout the contest, the closest of which came when Starr managed to hit a beautiful looking dropkick which caught Lethal square on the jaw. There was miscommunication between the two Paparazzi members though, as Jay Lethal seized an opportunity to hit Starr with a beautiful Dragon Suplex and the 3 count. After the match, Austin Starr and Alex Shelley almost came to blows. Meanwhile, Chris Sabin hit the ring and attacked a celebrating Jay Lethal and delivered a Cradle Shock. Sabin screamed at Lethal for a few seconds before leaving the ring in a rage. Winner: Jay Lethal...A Storm Is ComingChris Harris entered the iMPACT Zone and cut a promo on his former friend, James Storm. Harris challenged Storm to a match at Against All Odds. Just before Harris was going to leave the ring, Storm came on the TNA Video Screens, holding a kidnapped Gail Kim. Storm told him that if he wanted his match, and his girl, that next week on iMPACT, he'd have to meet Storm where it all began. The video screens went blank, and Harris looked on in shock. "Where it all began?!" questioned Don West as iMPACT went to commercial. An Interview With Samoa JoeJB was in the back with Samoa Joe, who was questioned about the apparent arrival in TNA of one Bryan Danielson. Joe did not know if he truly was coming, when he was then confronted by Jim Cornette, the public face of TNA. Cornette confirmed that indeed, Bryan Danielson was headed to TNA and that he had his sights set on Samoa Joe. Cornette told Joe to watch him when he headed out to the ring later in the evening, as Cornette would announce Joe's opponent at Against All Odds, and it would NOT be "The American Dragon." Brother Runt vs DevineBrother Runt of Team 3D took on Devine of Serotonin in this one fall contest. Last week on iMPACT, Runt came to the aid of his brothers in Team 3D, which led to this match being made this week. It started off with Runt beating Devine in a corner severely, but Devine came out of nowhere with a vicious DDT which changed the tone of the match drastically. From here, it was all Devine, and he followed it up with the Devine Intervention moonsault from the top rope, pinning Runt clean in the middle of the ring. Raven appeared on the stage, holding Kazarian and Bentley on leashes, pleased with Devine's work. Winner: DevineRhino Returns to the Ring! While Devine was walking back up one ramp, Rhino came storming down another. He jumped in the ring and cut a promo discussing how defeated he had felt following his loss to AJ Styles at Final Resolution. Serotonin, however, refused to leave the other ramp, which prompted Rhino to challenge them to come back to the ring. Raven at first turned his group around, but instead stormed the ring with them. Serotonin beat Rhino with Kendo Sticks, and held Rhino up for Raven to see. Raven smacked Rhino a few times before Team 3D came in for the save, sending Serotonin for the ramp, laughing at what they had done to Team 3D's friend. The Latin American Exchange vs Shark Boy and Eric YoungHomicide and Hernandez came to ringside with Konnan, the current NWA Tag Team Champs made quick work of the fan favorites Eric Young and Shark Boy, as Homicide delivered a Gringo Killer to Shark Boy at the 3 minute mark to pick up the win. After the match, Hernandez delivered a vicious Border Toss to the outside of the ring through a table on Eric Young. Senshi looked on from the backstage area, impressed with what he had seen. After the match, cameras cut back to Senshi, who was approached by Chris Daniels and Elix Skipper. He told Senshi to wait on making his decision on which group to join, that Jim Cornette had struck down a previous rule which says that Triple X couldn't reform, and that next week on iMPACT, it would be Chris Daniels and Elix Skipper teaming as Triple X for the first time since 2004. Winners: The Latin American ExchangeJim Cornette Runs Down the Card for Against All Odds!Jim Cornette came to ringside to a loud ovation. He told the fans about an announcement made earlier this week on TNAWrestling.com, which stated that two high profile talents were coming to TNA to wrestle at Against All Odds, Yoshihiro Tajiri and Masato Tanaka. Cornette went on to say how he had found two perfect opponents for each competitor, and they were matches that in one case, never happened; and in the other case, only happened once. At Against All Odds, Yoshihiro Tajiri will be competing for the first time against TNA's own Senshi! Before Cornette made his next announcement, he was interrupted by the Paparazzi. Before either Starr or Shelley could even talk, Jay Lethal quickly made his way to the ring, immediately followed by Chris Sabin. Shelley, Sabin and Lethal each stated their case as to why they should be #1 contender to Starr's X-Division Title. Cornette said that all three made valid points, and that at Against All Odds, it would be Sabin vs Shelley vs Starr vs Lethal in a Four Way Elimination Match for the X-Division Title. Before Cornette could begin speaking again, he was interrupted again, this time it was Team 3D and Rhino on the video screen. They demanded that they had Serotonin in a 4 on 4 match at Against All Odds. Cornette agreed, but said that since they interrupted him, next week on iMPACT, Rhino would face Raven in a match under Raven's Rules, with the winner deciding the rules the 4 on 4 would be contested under. Finally, Cornette was able to get out his last and most important announcement, at Against All Odds, in a Dream Match, it will be Masato Tanaka squaring off one on one with the Samoan Submission Machine, Samoa Joe! Cornette left ringside to a stunning amount of cheers that deafened the iMPACT Zone.AJ Styles and Chris Jericho Have a Confrontation!Chris Jericho was backstage with Jeremy Borash conducting an interview when he was confronted by AJ Styles. Styles told him that he knew Jericho's in-ring debut was at Against All Odds, but that next week, he wanted Jericho ringside to watch him in action. Jericho smirked, and told him that he'd do him one better, and be the special guest referee in Styles' match. Styles agreed, and next week on iMPACT, it will be AJ Styles vs Petey Williams w/Chris Jericho as Special Guest Referee. Kurt Angle and Sting vs Christian Cage and AbyssSting and Kurt Angle entered the iMPACT Zone together, a stark contrast to Christian Cage and Abyss, who each had their own separate entrances. During Cage's entrance, Mike Tenay noted something that the fans had already assumed, At Against All Odds, it will be Christian Cage one on one with Kurt Angle! Cage and Sting started the tag team bout, with Sting overpowering Cage. Christian got frustrated and resorted to a thumb to the eye to put a headlock on Sting, which was quickly reversed into a back suplex. Cage irish whipped Sting into the ropes and Abyss hit him in the back with a vicious clothesline, which allowed Christian to set Sting up and hit a backbreaker. Cage tagged out to Abyss, and Abyss continued to work on Sting's neck and back. Abyss used several of his trademark moves, notely the Shock Treatment, yet Sting managed to muster enough strength to kick out. Sting hit a desperation uppercut, which gave him enough time to tag out to Sting, who came in with a burst of energy, taking down both Cage and Abyss. Angle threw Abyss into a corner, and went for a running clothesline, Abyss moved, and when Anlge came out of the corner, Abyss went to hit him with a Black Hole Slam, but when Angle's legs spun out, he hit the referee. Christian immediately went to the outside and hit both Sting and Angle with vicious steel chair shots. Tomko woke the referee up, and Christian called for the tag from Abyss. Once in the ring, Christian set up a nearly unconcious Angle for the Unprettier and got the three count, as Abyss held Sting from the outside from trying to make it inside to help his partner. iMPACT ended with Abyss and Cage celebrating over the fallen bodies of Sting and Angle, yet one could easily notice that Cage had his eyes on Abyss' NWA World Title. Winners: NWA Champion Abyss and Christian Cage

this is very realistic, Jericho would probably be loyal to WWE but I like to see what he does in TNA. PPV looks really good.
