BackstoryAs Chris was watching the television from his home in Northern Ireland he was excited to see an advert come on about UFC 72 taking place in Belfast. Chris wonders where he is going to get the money to get a ticket but he knows he wont manage to go. As Chris crawls in to bed, the phone rings and as Chris gets up to answer it he swears at the phone. "Don't they know what time it is" Chris answers it and to his shock the voice on the other line belongs to his Grandmother in Vegas, USA. Chris had not heard from her in a few years since she and his Grandfather moved to the US from Northern Ireland. As pleased as he is to hear his Gran's voice, he knows there is something wrong in her voice. "Chris, your Grandfather passed away last night. I have already informed your Mother but she is busy on a business trip some where in Asia. I thought I should let you know and to ask you to come to the states, you see, you being the only Grandchild we had, your Grandfather and I always talked about leaving you a sum of money in our will." Chris reads this over again, the shock that his Grandfather died, although he did not see his Grandparents often, losing family members is always hard. The next day, Chris manages to get the first plane to Las Vegas in the states and he meets his Grandmother in the Air Port. As they arrive in Chris' Grandmother's house, their is a sheer emptiness in the house, something Chris could notice without ever being their before. As Chris sits down, his Granny brings in tea for the both of them and says "It's great to have some company again" she smiles as he hands an envelope to Chris. "That is your Grandfathers will, at least what he left you any way." When Chris opens the envelope, he sees a cheque for seven million dollars. Chris attempts to make sound from his mouth, maybe a scream but nothing come out but a gasp for air. "Nan, I can't take this. You could do so much with it." "No, don't worry. Living in Vegas has done me and your Grandfather some good. We got lucky on the slots twice since moving here. made it on the news and all." Chris tries to smile but the 6 nots on the end of the 7 still has Chris in shock. "Any idea what your going to do with the money" "I know one thing, I am moving to the states to stay near you" Granny smiles as she says "You were always a sweet heart"[glow=red,2,300]One Week later[/glow] The funeral has passed and Chris has bought a nice looking place a few doors down from his Gran. He is still in shock with his new fortune but he now realizes what he wants to do with it. Chris finished school with a degree in Business and he has always been a child hood fan of Pro Wrestling, always wanted to be in the business in one way or another but never found the courage to attempt to live out his dream. Now Chris can live it out by owning his own company and after a few signatures over copyrighting logos and such, Frontier Championship Wrestling was made. Chris managed to buy a small wrestling ring and he has rented a building that use to be an old theater quite a few years ago. The next few weeks pass and Chris puts his whole life in to his new promotion and word flies out to the young independent workers in the Vegas area.Chris calls his friend in Brighton, England who actually became an Indy wrestler, Jason Star. Chris tells him what has happened and asks for his help and Jason agrees. Over the next few months Jason trains Chris as well through holds and stunts of the ropes. Lucky for Chris he was already in good shape or this would have been over before the week ended.

Death is not typically the way to start a diary, but overall it sounded pretty good, lol.
I hope that you do keep it really low-level, because it would be very interesting to see.

Friday 11th May 2007
We are going to be doing our first show at the end of the month and at the moment I have been scouting at several shows. So far the roster consists of a few people who were more than happy to work with Frontier Championship Wrestling.
Alistair Ralphs: Former wrestler of TNA, A-1. He hasn't been seen since then and after getting in contact he seem enthusiastic in joining.
Antonio Thomas: Former Antonio of the WWE, I promised him no flamboyant gimmick and he signed.
Dan Rodimer: I needed a big guy, and he is certainly that. Awesome that he joined us.
Jack Evans: I was always a fan of his in ROH and he was one of the first people I contacted.
Jason Star: My main man, we go way back and he was more than happy to help me out.
Spud: I always liked spud, maybe because he was always the underdog but I love his flying skills.
SJK: Spud told me about him, I seen one of his matches in 1PW and was impressed.
Teddy Hart: Thanks to Jack Evans, Teddy joined. I have heard he can be a handful but maybe having a Hard will bring in some credibility.

Also, our FCW Tag titles will be on the line when Jack Evans & Teddy Hart face my self and Jason Star. I can't wait to face these guys in the ring.
I have everything set up already and although im not expecting a big ass crowd I hope the word has got out around town. I have had a few posters made and sent out so we will see what happens.

Sunday 27th May 2007-04-26 Before The Show It is ten minutes till the show starts. All my wrestlers are waiting in a small locker room and I can’t wait for the show to start. There seems to be an aright crowd here today. Judging for eyesight, I can see just over one hundred people in the stands tonight. I have had a few of the guys come to me and ask what’s going to happen tonight but everything is sorted now. I am about to call for the ring announcer to go down to the ring to start the show of. Ben Jordan walks down to the ring threw a curtain at the top of the entrance. As he enters the ring he brings the mic to his hand before beginning to talk.[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to the very first show of Frontier Championship Wrestling. I hope you all enjoy the show as tonight we will see some of the brightest up n comers in the wrestling world. Our first match tonight will be scheduled for one fall. First, making his way to the ring, All the way from Birmingham, England. This is Spud![/glow] Spud comes down the ring with his entrance music playing. As he enters the ring, he climbs on to the top rope and raises his arms in the air for the fans. [glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: His opponent tonight is from Springfield Massachusetts, Antonio Thomas![/glow] A few of the crowd members recognize Antonio from his WWE days and are glad to see some one wrestling tonight who has wrestled in the biggest federation in North America. As the bell gets under way the opening match for FCW’s Debuts show is under way.Match 1: Spud vs Antonio Thomas At the end of the first match, Spud dives of the top rope looking for a crossbody, but the much bigger man, Antonio catches Spud. Antonio places a backbreaker before picking Spud back up and placing him on to his shoulders. Antonio climbs on to the second rope of the turnbuckle, facing the ring he jumps of falling back. Antonio crushes spud with a Samoan Drop/Senton of the middle rope and he covers for the three count. After the match, Antonio brings Spud back up to a vertical base before bouncing back of the ropes and slamming Spud hard down to the canvas with a strong lariat with his right arm. The crowd boo Antonio, which is a good thing to see the Heel get some heat. Antonio walks to the back as Spud crawls to the ropes.Chris is backstage talking to Jason Star, as he knows his match is next for the tag team titles. Of coarse he knows how the match ends but this will be his very first match in front of a crowd. “I am a nervous wreck” He says to Jason. As Jason tries to calm him down, there is a knock on the door and a worker says that they should be waiting by the entrance curtains now. Ben Jordan enters the ring again as he is about to announce the second match. He raises the mic to his lips and he begins to talk.[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: The next match for FCW is a tag team match for the FCW Tag Team titles. This is a one-fall contest. Making their way to the ring first, hailing for Holywood, Northern Ireland and Brighten, England. They are the team of Chris Hammers and Jason Star.[/glow] Chris and Jason walk down to the ring, both men look anxious to begin the match as they try to hype the crowd up. As they get in to the ring they bounce of the ropes a few times while Ben Jordan begins to announce the next team.[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: And their opponents. From Parkland P-Town and Calgary, Alberta Canada. They are the team of Jack Evans and Teddy Hart.[/glow] Evans and Hart make their way down to the ring, Hart getting a big pop simpily because his name is Hart while Evans gets a big pop for his unique mix of break dancing in his wrestling. Both men enter the ring and the bell is called for the second match of the night.Match 2: FCW Tag Team Titles: Chris Hammers & Jason Star vs Jack Evans & Teddy HartIn the end of the match, the action took to the out side. Chris dived over the top rope but got his leg caught on top rope making him crash to the canvas, although Teddy Hart managed to make it look legit by trying to catch Hammers but failing. Jason tried to dive threw the middle rope but Teddy moved out of the way and Jason crashed in to the metal railing. Evans rolls Jason in to the right while Teddy does the same for Hammers both men climb the top rope and Hart connects with a Shooting Star Leg Drop that he calls the Hart Attack. Evans jumps of and hits the 630. Teddy Hart covers Chris Hammers for the victory. After the match, Teddy and Jack celebrate with the titles and they got a massive pop from the crowd. Jason helps Hammers to his back, as Hammers seems to have hurt his leg from diving over the ropes.Ben Jordan enters the ring for a third time as he gets ready to announce the main event of the night for the FCW World Title.[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: Ladies and Gentlemen, the main event tonight is scheduled for one fall and it is for the FCW World title. It will be a triple threat match. First making his way to the ring, from the Sunset Strip. This is Sterling James Keenan.[/glow] SJK makes his way down to the ring, the well-tattooed man enters the ring and he waits patiently for the other two competitors to make their way down to the ring.[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: The next competitor is hailing from Tarpon Springs, Florida. Dan Rodimer. [/glow] Dan walks down to the ring hyping up the crowd before entering the ring. He looks at SJK but keeps a distance before the final competitor makes his way to the ring.[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: And the final competitor in the main event of the evening is from Dunnvile, Ontario, Canada. This is Alistair Ralphs.[/glow] The man formally known to the world as A-1 makes his way down to the ring. As he enters the ring, he laughs at SJK who is by far the smallest man in the match but actually looks the most intimidating. The bell gets under way and the match begins.Main Event: FCW World Title: Alistair Ralphs vs SJK vs Dan RodimerAt the end of the match it looked like Sterling looks like he is about to win with a top rope front flip leg drop on Dan Rodimer but Alistair picks SJK up after connecting with the high risk move and he throws him to the out side of the ring. Ralphs hooks the leg of Rodimer for the cover but only gets a two. Dan tries to fight back as he Irish whips Alistair in to the corner. Alistair puts his foot up on to the exposed turnbuckle to stop him for connecting but Dan begins to charge and Alistair moves out of the way. Rodimer crashes in to the exposed turnbuckle and Alistair rolls him up with a schoolboy. Alistair hooks the trunks of Dan for extra leverage and it works as he gets the three count. Alistair Ralphs is given the FCW World Title but he quickly leaves the ring as Dan Rodimer gets to his feet. As Alistair begins to walk up the entrance ramp, Chris Hammers walks down from the back and stops Alistair from leaving.[glow=green,2,300]Chris Hammers: I am not having the main event of FCW’s first show ruined threw dirty tactics. I may of came short of winning the tag titles tonight but I am still the owner of this place now I am going to make a surprise main event right now. It will be the new FCW World champion, Alistair Ralphs taking on FCW new signie….. Matt Sydal![/glow] Matt appears from behind Chris Hammers and he smiles at the FCW Champion before running down to the ring. He hypes up the crowd while Alistair begins shouting at Chris Hammers.[glow=green,2,300]Chris Hammers: Oh, and by the way. This match will be a ladder match! Referee take that belt from Alistair and get it hung up their.[/glow] After a few minutes of sorting out the belt, the bell rings and for the second time the FCW World title is defended here tonight.Main Event: FCW World Title: Alistair Ralphs vs Matt Sydal in a Ladder Match. At the end of the match, both men were fighting on the cheap looking ladder. Alistair smashed Sydal’s head of the ladder and it looked like he was about to fall. Sydal managed to keep his balance and instead he gave Alistair Ralphs a few head butts and then a right hook and Ralphs crashes to the canvas from the ten-foot ladder. Matt looks up at the belt thinking if he will grab it and he decides not to, instead he stands on top of the ladder and he looks down at Alistair Ralphs. A few seconds later he crashes on top of Ralphs with a Corksrew Senton. Alistair rolls out of the ring in pain and that lets Matt Sydal to climb back up the ladder and reach for the belt. The crowd cheer as Sydal celebrates with the belt. He stands on the ladder holding the belt in the air as Ben Jordan enters the ring for a final time.[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: Ladies and Gentlemen, the new FCW World Champion. Matt Sydal! FCW thank you all for showing up to our first show. For future details on more fcw shows, please go to www.fcwrestling.com. Good night, Nevada.[/glow] Matt Sydal leaves the ring holding the title as the crowd begin to disperse from their seats. Chris is backstage getting his foot checked out by a doctor when he hears that the show was a success. He smiles as he decides to go thank all the wrestlers before going home for a good nights rest.

Hey Hammers nice diary so far and I liked your first show.(Except me losing. ) Also its probably just me but I don't think someone winning a World Title and losing it a couple of minutes after makes the title look very good. In the game it doesn't matter but realistically it does sort of make sense or at least to me it does. Anyway Ill definitely be following this one if you actually continue it longer then a month.

I liked the presentation, with everyone having the ring introductions. I have to agree about the booking, especially at the end. An unannounced ladder match seems like overkill, and having the title won twice in one night does kind of hurt it a little.
Outside of that, though, overall, it was a solid start.

The writing style has been good as has this diary, good start overall. Oh and has already been said I don't really like the title changing so quickly. But keep it up.

Friday 1st June 2007
I am so glad the first show went by well and after a bit of thought, I have decided to show Frontier Championship Wrestling as a weekly show. This will move things along alot better and I am expecting to sign more people to the roster. Recently I managed to add Quick Silver to the roster. A luchadore known from MTV's Wrestling Society X as El Hombre Blanco Enmascarado. I think it is great to have a luchadore in the team and I hope we can have more joining FCW in the future. Now, on our first weekly show, I have decided to have the FCW World Title defended as Matt Sydal will take on an undecided opponent. Many people I have talked to found it odd for Sydal to win the title after Alistair Ralphs just won it but I hope it works out for the best.

As the fans begin to sit in their seats, the FCW team do the finishing touches by ringside while Frontier Championship Wrestling ring announcer Ben Jordan waits in the ring with a mic in hand, for the show to start.
[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to FCW Weekly, we are all glad you could make it here tonight and we hope you enjoy the show. First, please welcome the owner of Frontier Championship Wrestling. Chris Hammers![/glow]
Chris Hammers makes his way down to the ring and when he gets inside it, Ben gives Chris his mic. Chris raises his mic to his lips as he begins to talk.
[glow=green,2,300]Chris Hammers: Thank you, Ben. Now first, as promised on FCWrestling.com. There will be a world title match tonight as Matt Sydal defends that title against Sterling James Keenan. Also tonight, a special announcement. Tonight we will see the beginning of the very first FCW Trophy tournament. Two matches will take place tonight. The winners from those two matches will then face the winners of next week’s two matches. Those four men will then face in a fatal four-way cage match. The winner of that cage match will be the holder of the FCW Trophy. Now, who ever owns that trophy can hand it in to me when ever they want for a title shot against the world champion. And just to let you all know, this tournament begins right now.[/glow]
Chris gives the mic back to Ben Jordan as he leaves the ring and makes his way to the backstage area. As he is doing this, Ben Jordan raises the mic to his lips to announce the first match.
[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: Our first match tonight is a FCW Trophy Tournament match and it is scheduled for one fall. First making his way to the ring, from Springfield, Massachusetts. Antonio Thomas![/glow]
Antonio makes his way down to the ring, giving the crowd the middle finger as he stands on the apron about to enter the ring. He bounces of the ropes a few times before Ben Jordan raises the mic to his lips again as he begins to announce the next participant.
[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan. And the opponent. From Memphis, Tennessee. Shane Matthews![/glow]
Shane makes his way down to the ring; not even looking at the fans the new comer to Frontier Championship Wrestling keeps his eyes on the ring while walking down to it. When he enters the ring, the bell dings and the match is under way.
Match 1: FCW Trophy Match #1: Antonio Thomas vs Shane Matthews
Although Shane Matthews put up a good fight, the size difference was to differ as Antonio brought Matthews back up to a vertical base after knocking Shane down to the canvas with a northern lariat. Antonio lifts Shane in to the air and slams him down with the Gun Slinger to pick up the three count. After the match, Antonio demands the mic and brings him self to the canvas where he yells at Shane Matthews “Welcome to FCW, Bitch!” Antonio drops the mic before leaving the ring and making his way back to the locker room area. Shane Matthews crawls to the ropes before leaving the ring and getting a generous applause from the crowd as he makes his way to the back. Ben Jordan enters the ring to make the introductions for the second match of the night.
[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: The next match is a tag team match scheduled for one fall and it is for the FCW Tag Team championships. First to the ring, from San Diago, California. They are the team of Quick Silver and Scorpio Sky, they are Aerial Express.[/glow]
The two masked men make their way down to the ring, both men with a lot of enthusiasm it seems or maybe they just have a lot of energy as they sprint to the ring and slide under the bottom rope to enter it. Both men go on separate turnbuckles as they back flip of at the same time.
[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: And their opponents, from Parkland P Town and Calgary, Alberta, Canada. They are the FCW Tag Team Champions. Jack Evans and Teddy Hart![/glow]
The Tag Team Champions make their way down to the ring from the back. They unstrap their tag titles from their waists as they reach the ring and raise them in to the air on separate turnbuckles before giving them to the referee. The ref raises the belts in to the air and the bell dings as the match is underway.
Match 2: FCW Tag Team Titles: Aerial Express vs Jack Evans© & Teddy Hart©
At the end of the first title match of the night, it seemed the new team on the block were going to pull the victory after Scorpio Sky hit a deadly brainbuster on Teddy Hart, which was followed by a corkscrew splash of the top rope. Lucky for Teddy Hart, his partner manages to break the pin up or it would have been over. Jack hit a thunderous spinning kick to the jaw of Scorpio Sky sending him to the out side and as he turns around, Quick Silver attempts a clotheline but Jack ducks under his arm and bounces of the opposite ropes. On the rebound, Jack connects with a spin kick to the jaw of Quick Silver, which knocks him down to the canvas, and Evans manages to climb the turnbuckle and connect with the 630 of the top rope. Evans covers Quick Silver and gets the three count. After the bell rings, Evans helps Teddy Hart back up to a vertical base in the ring where both men celebrate with the titles. Both of them leave the ring holding their belts before making their way back to the locker room as the losing team, looking disappointed, though how to tell with those masks, make their way back to the locker room looking to fight another day. Ben Jordan enters the ring again as he raises the mic to his lips to announce the third match.
[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: Our next match of the night is scheduled for one fall and is a FCW Trophy match. First making his way to the ring, from Brighton, England. This is Jason Star![/glow]
Jason makes his way down to the ring to which he gets a nice reception from the crowd. When he enters the ring, he raises his arms in to the air before bounce of the ropes a few times to await for his opponent.
[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: And the opponent, from Birmingham, England. This is Spud![/glow]
Spud waves to the fans as he jogs down to the ring, whenever he enters the ring he climbs the turnbuckle and raises his arms in the air before jumping down to the canvas. The bell dings and the match is underway.
Match 3: FCW Trophy Match #2: Jason Star vs Spud
An even match that could of gone either way but in the end, it was Spuds own speed that cost him the match. As Spud was seemingly building up a strong pace and about to bounce of the ropes for a high risk move, he slipped on the top rope letting Jason Star take control. Star planted Spud with a double under hook piledriver before climbing the top rope and connecting with a shooting star press. Jason hooks the leg of spud and he gets the three count. The referee raises the arm of Jason before he climbs the turnbuckle to celebrate. Jason leaves the ring and makes his way back to the locker room while Spud slowly gets back up to his feet. As spud leaves the ring, Ben Jordan enters and raises the mic to his lips to announce the next match.
Chris makes his way down to the ring but before he makes it down to ringside, his opponent in Alistair Raplhs charges down behind Bosh and rams him in to the turnbuckle. Alistair rolls Chris in to the ring and the match is under way.
Match 4: Chris Both vs Alistair Ralphs
In a very short match with no offence from Chris Botch at all, Alistair Ralphs picks up the victory with a double powerbomb. The match only lasted three minutes and during that three minutes it wall all offence from Alistair. At the end of the match, Ralphs brought Chris Bosh back up to a vertical base before picking him up to a gorilla press and throwing him over the ropes. Alistair leaves the ring and walks back to the locker room while Chris Bosh is helped to the back. Ben Jordan enters the ring for a final time as he raises the mic to his lips as he announces the Main Event of the night.
[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: Ladies and Gentleman, the main event of the night is scheduled for one fall and it is for the Frontier Championship Wrestling World Title. First making his way to the ring, he is the challenger. From The Sunset Strip. This is Sterling James Keenan![/glow]
Sterling makes his way to the ring. Sterling who looked like he was the one going to win the world title last week before Alistair Ralphs stole the victory over Dan Rodimer is getting another chance for the world title and I doubt he will let this one slip through his fingers like last week. SJK enters the ring and bounces of the ropes a few times before Ben Jordan announces the World Champion.
[glow=red,2,300]Ben Jordan: And the opponent, from St Louis, Missouri. He is the FCW World Champion! Matt Sydal![/glow]
The World Champion makes his way to the ring with the belt wrapped around his waist. When he enters the ring, Matt entraps the belt and climbs the turnbuckle where he raises the belt in to the air. Matt hands the belt to the ref who raises it in to the air before handing it to a man at ringside. The bell dings and the main event is under way.
Main Event: FCW World Title: Matt Sydal© vs Sterling James Keenan
In the end of an exciting fast paced main event it came down to one move finishing the match. As both men were testing each other in the ring for some high-risk moves, SJK managed to knock Sydal to the canvas with a Springboard Lariat of the ropes. Sterling went for the cover but only for a two count. When both men got to their feet, Sterling lifted Sydal in to the air with a fireman carry but before he could connect with a move, Sydal manages to knee SJK in the face a couple of times so that SJK is stunned. As Sterling holds his head in pain, Sydal lifts SJK in to the air and brings him in to the Gory Bomb but instead he lands the move in to a neckbreaker. A move Sydal calls The After Shock. Sydal hooks the leg of Sterling James Keenan and manages to get the three count. Before Sydal can get a chance to celebrate with the title, Alistair Ralphs runs down to the ring and he knocks Matt Sydal of his feet with a strong Northern Lariat. Raplhs brings SJK to his feet and does the same Lariat to him before grabbing Ben Jordans mic and saying “The FCW belongs to me and I will have it back” Ralphs raises the belt in to the air before dropping it on the body of Matt Sydal. Alistair leaves the ring and makes his way to the back while the ref and Ben Jordan help Matt Sydal and SJK to their feet.

The feud between Alistair Ralphs and Matt Sydal is going on nicely and I am excited to bring in more tag teams to go against Teddy Hart and Jack Evans. I will only be having matches when I am most needed but my wrestling carrier is coming to a short end. I just don't have the stemina to keep up with these guys at the moment. At our next show we will see Matt Sydal take on SJK and Alistair Ralphs as well as the continuing matches for the FCW Trophey. Hope everything goes well.
