looks great. but where did you get that cardboard? And how did you make all the slots perfect the things that stick into the slots?

I work as a designer for a packaging firm and have the benefit of using CAD and a damn good plotting table which replicates everything i draw.
I simply design all the parts on screen, 'send' them to the table and that does all the hard work! The cardboard is board which we print for a customer and i happen to be able to get my hands on some large sheets big enough to cut all the parts i need out of.
Believe me, ALOT of hard work and effort goes into these, and although i have the HUGE advantage of CAD etc, it still takes a while to get right, but i can mostly check what i create using the 3D tool in the software to see if slots etc are aligned.
AND, again i owe all the hardwork on the graphics to the member on here (don't want to give his name out again incase he doesn't want to be bombarded with pm's asking for print-outs)
Hopefully, he thinks i've made it worth his while for spending the time on them: but they are awesome work and i couldn't have created these without him.

Glad you like 'em: all the finished parts will be fully laminated as shown.
Hopefully the assembley pics show how it works, but detailed assembley pics will be provided to show how to swap all the inter-changeable parts around... I think the ECW parts pictured above show roughly how they all work surely?

Perfect, perfect in every way. Another great piece. From the custom acc board with you as the topic starter, nothing less is expected.
You are indeed at a great advantage with the ability to utilise that software to produce such a clean template with this and all but it still requires decent work to produce a finishing product that looks fantastic and you have done that. This is the best Raw HD stage on here.
However I see some minor flaws such as the square sides of the large tron, cylinder placement and a few other things but its looks great. For some reason, your ECW one was more of a specticle than this one in my view despite this one still being a great piece of work.

Wow! That's so amazing! Thanks for taking the time to show us the step by step process, it's very elaborate! Technically one of the best, if not the best, customs I've seen in this board. You could sell that stuff to Jakks, dude.  They could pack it all up in a little box and sell a fully-build-your-own arena that could probably have a decent price tag on it.
