HOLY HELL....I just stumbled upon something that is going to be GREAT to collectors..... If you go out looking for the "Mystery Figures," and are afraid of getting one you already have, you don't have to worry anymore... If you look in the lower left corner of the back of the card, you should be able to see a letter stamped/embossed into the cardboard. The letter is not printed, so you may have to wiggle the card around until the light catches the embossing just right. Compare the letter to the codes listed below to learn which character is inside the mystery packaging: The codes for Figure Factory Series 1 are: A. Unmasked Spider-Man B. Doc Ock with Lab Coat C. Grey Hulk D. Unmasked Wolvie E. Unmasked Venom F. Captain America G. Red Daredevil H. Yellow Daredevil I. Human Torch (regular) K. Unmasked Human Torch L. Storm (white) M. Storm (Mohawk, black) The codes for Figure Factory Series 2 are: A. Unmasked Dr. Doom B. Ghost Rider C. Mr. Fantastic D. Spider-Man (half-masked) E. Blade with disintegrating zombie F. Cyclops G. Nightcrawler with sword H. Phoenix I. Rhino J. Thor K. Namor I just doubled checked it against my Unmasked Spider-Man case last night, and it's true. I'll try to scan the image, so people know where to look.... This is AMAZING..... Edited:Here is what I scanned.... The first zoomed in photo is what it really looks like, and the second zoomed in photo is the edited version, so you can see the letter better.

The only problem with me, is the fact that I have no more mystery figures around my area...
If ANYONE can help me with this collection, I still need the following from Series 1:

I've had no luck with the mysteries either... I really want to start series 2 though...

I discovered something about the mysteries today myself. We had two at Target, both of which I bought and promptly opened. They were Human Head Torch and Grey Hulk. The first three I bought, all from the same case, where Human Head Torch, Grey Hulk and Cap. I also got Red Daredevil, Unmasked Spidey and Unmasked Wolverine from one case, then got those three again from one case, and then got Red Daredevil and Unmasked Spidey from one case. Reptile also has those three, which were presumably from the same case. So it seems that there are fixed sets of three that are always in the case together: Captain America, Grey Hulk, Human Head Torch Red Daredevil, Unmasked Spider-Man, Unmasked Wolverine Yellow Daredevil,  , Mohawk Storm, Flame Head Torch, (from someone one here...sorry, I forget who) It's possible the last three go together. So that means the lone MFF left in the back room is a Captain America (I've been keeping track, because I'm the only one buying them). The case was 4 Spideys, 3 Things, 2 Iron Men and 3 Mysteries. |

Interesting little find, I wonder if Toybiz will fix this in later series.

NEW DISCUSSION BEGINNING
Hey Everyone~
Well, before anyone flames me for bumping a thread from back on Page 5, I asked and discussed with Player2, and he felt instead of making a new thread, that it'd be easier to bump this thread, so people have the chance of seeing our previous discussion.
So, now, you may be wondering, WHY am I bumping this? Well, I found some of SERIES 2 in stores today. I found Dr. Doom, Mr. Fantastic, Spider-Man #2, Ghost Rider, and 3 Mystery Figures. Before I was able to grab all three mysteries, another guy grabbed one. I asked to see the letter on the back and found out he grabbed Thor. So, today, I bought them all, with my 2 mysteries being Blade's varient, and Nightcrawler's varient.
On my way out of the store, I talked to one of my friend's and he did a search for the SKN and found out that Series 2 is very limited and that I shouldn't expect anymore than what was there today to show up. He said the warehouse already shows them at a 0, meaning the TRU warehouse has none left.
So, my question is, has anyone found any of Series 2? Also, if anyone wants to help open up trades with me again, I'd love to complete my Series 1 figures and continue with Series 2. I'll post who I need in a minute or two.

But all I've seen is series 1 Series 1 have been out for a long time... so, I can see you seeing a lot of them at Target and K-Mart, but Series 2 just started popping up in stores here. Or did I totally misunderstand your comment? From what I've read from Fwoosh, the Figure Factory line is dead. After Series 2, that is correct. It'll only have the 2 series |

All I meant was that all I see is Series One, and only those have just recently been popping up in stores other than TRU. Our stores are usually good at getting things early, so I'm a little shocked that I haven't seen Series 2 pop up.

I came across series 2 at TRU 2 days ago and bought myself a GR and my g/f a Nightcrawler.The only other series 2 figure they had left was a Cyclops.Later that day I went to target and scored a Dr Doom and Blade ,but the also had a Mr Fantastic (that I didnt pick up) and a lone series 1 Iron Man (which I did pick up)......I am now really regretting not getting any of these when series 1 was in plentiful stock all around my area.Now most Figure Factory sets and JLU figs are rapidly becoming a thing of the past around here.I guess someone must have heard I was interested in all these sets now and decided to buy them all out just to spite me........I always said "they" were out to get me..................lol

I'm going to try and eBay the rest of Series 1 I need, and I'll probably end up doing that with Series 2, too, unless any fellow WF'ers can help me out  |
