Additionally, Foster looks like John Basedow minus the disgusting leather skin.  I would have selected Ryan Phillippe for the role and put him in three inch lifts. This Ben Foster guy looks good for a young Vulture, but not for Archangel. |

When I saw that picture of Beast, my first reaction was picturing him clawing at the air going "Rrraaarrr!"
Wow, the more I see and hear, the more I think X3 is going to suck Beast's hairy blue balls!

Beast looks how he's supposed to look....
and Brian Singer is an average director that gets great scripts...with good/sometimes great actors.

I don't see the big deal with Beast... its probably one of those things where you have to see him moving around to get a feel of the character.... He looks alright. You knew he wasn't gonna be perfect, but I like the actor choice, and I wouldn't have liked them doing him CGI... Look how horrible Hulk turned out.
I'll give the film a fair chance... Ratner and all. I enjoyed the first two, and don't see any major downward spiral here.

i recognise that image as similar to the comic version of beast, similar enough to be acceptable. it sure beats CGI

Angel looks pretty good. Beast, looks weird, but thats just because it's a live action Beast. I think I'll get used to it.

I love how you're all like "Beast looks so cool" now that you've seen the trailor & are all saying Ratner looks to have done a good job.
