So just like the poll says.... do you think Ric Flair will end up returning to the ring at some point, or do you think he's really done for good?

Why did you post this twice?
He's likely done. You can't fake the anguish on his face at the end of the match.

He will be back just like every other wrestler who ''retires''.

i'd say he's really done. that send off would be a bit extravagant if he's just gonna be back in a few months.

In the interview we mentioned earlier today with WFNZ in North Carolina, Flair said he would be remaining with World Wrestling Entertainment in a public relations role. He shot down the idea of being an announcer, saying he didn't think he would do well in the role. Flair will also spend more time building his "Ric Flair Finance" company in Charlotte.

He's done wrestling.

Flair will definatly return the ring is his life. I just don't think he'll wrestle. He needs to start a new evolution type group or be a manager. Instant made guy

He has the common sense to call it a day now, but I could see him make one short Return as a Guest Referee for a big Match in 2 years or something. He'll stay away from the WWE though, no Managing services or GM etc.

I'll say he's really gone. It's what I hope for anyway. His retirement has been perfect, so I really wouldn't wanna see it ruined, by him coming back.

When you look back on the last 3 days, I don't think there's any way he would return to the ring. Had he been 10 years younger or his send off not as emotional etc, then I'd say yes, there's a chance he'll be back working the occasional match, but no, I'm positive we saw Ric Flair's last match on Sunday.
I think for the time being, he's going to enjoy his retirement and he won't be seen for a while, maybe somewhere between 6-18 months, then he'll come back in some capacity, either as a manager or a GM maybe. He may even get some a place on a creative team or become a road agent alongside people like Steamboat, Slaughter, Dibiase, Finlay etc, he'd be an amazing addition.
So yes, his in ring days are over, but both Flair and the WWE know there's still plenty of things for him to be involved with in the company.

As hard as it is to say the Nature Boy is done in the ring, his last match was against Michaels and it was a great way to go out. I could definantely seeing making an odd appearance at big events once in a while but as for him in an active role or competing in the ring, those days are done.

He might show up from time to time for a pop or something but other than that, I think he really is done.

Yeah, I really believe that he's done this time. He can't really do anything else if he were to stay an active wrestler.

He's done. End of story.
The ending of his career was picture perfect.
