Review: I am going to be perfectly honest with you, the 6.39$ price tag was the selling point for me on this figure. As someone who eventually wants to build a Sentinel, the price was right to acquire the biggest portion of the Sentinel. Now, I know that many people told me bad things about this figure, and that I should probably avoid it, but I am glad I picked it up. Spider-Man is probably the most iconic Marvel character, whether you like him or not, and he has had many different looks.
This figure perfectly captures the way Spider-Man looked in his "first appearance." I only have one other Spidey to compare this one to: The Spiderman Classics "Superposeable Spider-Man," otherwise known as the "McFarlane Spider-Man." While the McFarlane look is my favorite of all time for Spidey, this figure really captures a classic look. The darker coloring, the underarm webbing, the logo, and the eyes really set this figure apart.
While the webbing is annoying, and I could honestly do without it, it does make the figure different. Like most "Legends" this figure is heavily articulated, featuring a whopping 42 points. The best reason to get the figure is the huge Sentinel chunk you get with him, as well as the clear display stand, which is fun to mess around with.
While there are better Spider-Man figures, if you can acquire this one for cheap as I did, I highly recommend it.
Figure #2: Marvel Legends VI "Movie Punisher"
Price: 4.79 plus shipping
Purchased from: www.bigbadtoystore.com
Accessories: Removable trench coat, rocket launcher, assault rifle, sniper rifle, hand gun, display stand, 32 page comic book.
Points of Articulation: 37
Packaging: Basic Clamshell

Review: Movie Punisher was another figure I was never planning on getting, but the price was perfect. For under 5$, I am really glad I purchased this figure. I own the Marvel Legends IV Punisher, and feel that somewhere between this one and that one there is a perfect Punisher figure.
The ML IV version captures the classic comic book look of Frank Castle, but one area I felt it was lacking was accessories. ML VI Movie punisher is loaded up with weapons the way a Punisher action figure should be. He features four different guns that you can place in his hands, and his coat(which is removable) is laced with accessories, grenades, ammunition, knives, etc.
While some may stray away from this figure because the movie wasn't anything special, I recommend it, if for nothing else the weapons. I myself thought the movie was ok, and personally like Thomas Jane... so at 4.79, the figure was a steal.
Figure #3: Marvel Legends IX "Professor X"
Price: 7.19$ plus shipping
Purchased from: www.bigbadtoystore.com
Accessories: Wheelchair, Galactus' Head, Helmet, 32 page comic book
Points of Articulation: 33
Packaging: Basic Clamshell

Review: Professor X was a pleasant surprise. Rarely is an action figure of a man in a wheelchair oodles of fun, but this one is. Not only does he come with an essential part of Galactus(his head), but the figure itself is actually rather cool. The wheelchair is well done, as it moves around rather nicely, and Professor X is one of the most fun figures to pose, and mess around with.
Maybe I am just a sicko, who gets off on mocking the handicapped, but getting professor X in his chair throwing up gang signs is one of my favorite past times. He comes rather cheap, and is an essential part of any X-Men collection.
Figure #4: Marvel Legends IX "Dr. Strange"
Price: 7.19$ plus shipping
Purchased from: www.bigbadtoystore.com
Accessories: Cape, Galactus' right arm, 32 page comic book
Points of Articulation: 35
Packaging: Basic Clamshell

Review: While I wouldn't consider Dr. Strange as an Iconic "must have" character, there are several reasons to get his figure:
1. He is one of the coolest looking Marvel legends. He is very colorful, and his cape is sculpted magnificently. Between the yellow gloves, the blue shirt, and the red cape, it makes for a very nice looking action figure.
2. He comes with a piece of Galactus. Well, all figures in this series do, but it leads me to #3.
3. He can be had cheap. Why buy a piece of Galactus for a couple of bucks, when for a couple more bucks you can have a splendid figure.
While I do think Dr. Strange would benefit from one of those clear stands that Spider-Man has, as he is a pain in the ass to stand(especially with the cape on), he is still a great figure all around.
