I'm having a hard time swallowing Harris/Storm as the best TNA match of the year...

I'm having a hard time swallowing Harris/Storm as the best TNA match of the year... Why? They tore the ing house down. I think Joe vs. Christian should be in the 4.5 range, though. GREAT to see a TNA show beat WM23. If WM23 won, this lit would mean nothing to me, because that would just be wrong. Sarifice was a great event.

I'm having a hard time swallowing Harris/Storm as the best TNA match of the year... Yeah I'd put that around like number 3. I think Joe/Christian was the best TNA match of the year.

As much as I really dislike Storm and Harris, their match was absolutely awesome.

You know what, my bad... I assumed Meltzer was referring to their Impact match. Although I probably wouldn't have said anything had I known, I'd still place a a few matches above the Texas Death Match.

one thing i can say about TNA .. is it always looks like they put effort into making their ppv cards look good. unlike the wwe who picks and chooses.
TNA = better ppvs.
and lets not forget. . im not too crazy about wwe nor tna right now.

I am confused on how he has all those high rated matches from Destination X, more than Slammiversary keep in mind, yet he has Slammiversary as a higher rated PPV than Destination X. That kinda confuses me.

That kinda confuses me. Because Slammiversary overall had a lot of 3*+ matches, while some of Destination X's matches didn't do so good.

He says Backlash is the 3rd best ppv overall?? Isn't that the shitty ppv that Vince McMahon won the ecw title?

Backlash is actually a great show and probably one of the best PPV's of the year.
It's certainly better than any PPV TNA has put out this year.

Has TNA produced any PPV this year close to some of the best ones in 05? And some in 06 even?
