Yeah, I agree. They need to start getting some of these figures in our hands. Way too many of these things on preorder.
I also see lots of repaints coming now that they are moving to five figure waves. Three out of five in this new wave are repaints.

News from Pulse livestream 2023 waves go to 5 figures the first wave will include Falcon, Cover-girl, Crimson BAT, Outback, and Barbecue (Slaughter's Marauders) last week they confirmed Shipwreck and Rock & Roll, this week confirmed Torpedo and Copperhead Sgt. Slaughter will be released and will have a guy for him to punch but no confirmation on who it will be. Whoooo nelly 😳💚 |

there's gotta be what? 200 different 3 3/4" Joe's?
I understand the need for getting some popular characters out, but like if we're bumping it up to 5 per wave for some reason, there should absolutely be more unique characters coming
i also think its a huge mistake adding another figure per wave. the distribution on these is absolutely horrendous, the prices are completely out of control for the "quality" we are getting. its going to cost upwards of $150 for a set online, $135 a set at retail, thats without "army building"

Copperhead(hope Copperhead is PP...loved the PP as a kid they were Serpentors elite guard)

after these 2 new releases ive officially tapped out on being a "completist" for this line
i have zero connection or interest in whatever a kamakura is as well as the blue ninjas for almost $50

Kamakura seems like an interesting choice (and price point) for a premium figure. I have zero connection to the character so it's an easy pass.
I pre-ordered the Blue Ninjas, but do they have any connection to the classic line? I think I remember a blue ninja figure, but not with a kabuki mask.
I really enjoy the line overall. But I feel like they really need to pick a direction whether they're doing classic looks, classic with some modern twists, core characters from the 80's, 2000s, etc. There's a way they could do it all, but not at the pace they've been putting out figures. It feels like Hasbro has really been throwing in the towel overall, and are just straight up playing chicken with the consumer to see how high they can push prices.

and it's been 6 months since anything new has actually been released, with no explanation.

I have seven Classified figs on pre-order.
However, I have them all pre-ordered at Target, so in reality I have zero Classified figs on pre-order (as they'll all be canceled with no reason given).
As far as upcoming figs go, I may be in the minority, but I don't have any interest in the ninja figures. MAYBE Storm Shadow, but I prefer the V1 pre-ninja Snake Eyes, and have absolutely no interest in Kamakura or the red/blue ninjas. Just my two cents.

Add Grunt and Scrap-Iron to the coming soon list. Serpentor is also incoming. According to some reports the Spirit wave, and Croc Master are imminent arrivals, they will end the long drought of waiting for new figures.

Amazon charged me for my Croc Master. No shipping email yet.
You can preorder Croc Master on Amazon now, with a release date tomorrow (6/28).
Storm Shadow and Cobra Officer will be here Thursday(probably Friday). I ordered Spirit a few months after the others, so I'm not expecting him to ship until later.
