New or well kinda old show recommendation: Utawarerumono, I just started watching it the other day and I have to say I am really liking it, the building and addition of new characters is always great in this show and I love it even more because I get to watch it my 360 with the Netflix thing so I'd say check it out if and when you can becuase it is a nice little show.

The Re-build of Evangelion has officially been picked up for US distribution by FUNimation. It's a shame that ADV couldn't get a hold of it, since Evangelion is what made them. I suspect there are some financial issues with them.

Cannot wait for Re-Build of Evangelion I may need to watch the show over again soon.
Anyways finished Noien, pretty great show, kinda weird and confusing at times but altogether it was pretty good, I'm about to start a new show called Gun Sword which is a pretty bad name but it may be good.

I want to finish watching Welcome to the NHK, but individual releases of volumes 5 and 6 are more elusive than the yeti.

J.J. I would totally never recommend something like this to you ever because that would be totally illegal and wrong.

I had to start watching Welcome to NHK, and I pretty much love it I've only watched 2 episodes so far but they have been great.

It's so hilariously perverted. If you've ever been to a con or a specialty shop....yeah.

I really can't see a good casting at all for Spike, if anything I saw a while ago a suggestion for Lee Pace which would be amazing because I <3 pace and Ron Perlman 4 Jet.

Finished GunXSword, pretty good show, started off slow but it does pick up after an episode and goes into the story more, I may need to go and pick up a few Big O's becuase I guess the people that worked on GunXSword worked on Big O and it has always interested me.

I LOVE Big O. Funding a second/final season of the series is the best thing Cartoon Network ever did. The sad story is that the most recent DVDs have been edited. It doesn't have the original theme anymore, which was a "parody" of the Flash Gordon theme.

I have two comic book stores and neither even carry manga, let alone anime I should check Boarders....I never even enter the electronics department, so I never even think about them as a CD/DVD retailer. As far as I'm concerned they're the place where I go to read books I'm never going to buy and drink hot cocoa. God I love that store....I can spend HOURS there....

Try Suncoast. Mine has an entire back wall of Anime crap.

Suncoast was the first store I went to. Seriously, no video stores here carry it, and when they do, it's random used individual copies. Except for Boarders...that's the only store I've NEVER checked.
I highly HIGHLY recommend the movie "The Girl Who Leapt Through Time" to anyone wanting to see something new. It's fantastic. It's not the typical traveling through time movie.
