They'll do it. Nothing is sacred with anime anymore. Yeah...learnt that the hard way with Ghost In The Shell and Death Note... Just wait until then Naruto adaptation. Get ready to see a Chris Hemsworth play a 12 year-old boy.

Has anyone ever heard of VRV? It's a streaming service that has content from Funimation Now, Crunchy Roll, Rooster Teeth (the guys that made Red vs Blue), Cartoon Hangover, Mondo, Shudder (an AWESOME horror streaming service that is currently streaming a zombie anime btw),Tested, Geek and Sundry, Nerdist and their own channel, VRV select.
And it's only $10 a month. After a free one month trial.
There are a couple catches, obviously. They don't have all the content that each service offers. I talked to a customer service rep on Facebook and they said that they have "like 99.9%" of everything their partners offer. I'm skeptical of that number but they do have a lot of content.
Also, their search engine sucks. It wouldn't pull up anything. Literally nothing. I searched for something that I had just watched as all got zero results. This could only be an issue on their Roku app though, but that brings me to the list catch: It's only available on Roku, PS4 send Xbox.
I suggest everyone give it a shot. You get a free month, who does that? Plus they're the only streaming service I'm aware of that shows you every single thing they every before you subscribe.
EDIT: The app is also available on Android phones, and that's where I was having problems with the search function. And the zombie anime, Seoul Station is available.

Is it just for the US? If not, I’ll give it a squiz. I'm not sure tbh. That stuff is pretty easy to get around, which I only advocate doing of you are going to purchase something legally. I know of a few Canadians (not on these boards) that did this so they get the WWE Network before it was available there.

Can anyone recommend any zombie anime? Other than High School of the Dead. I've already seen that and I'm pissed that we aren't getting anymore. Bugger, theMOESIAH, it’s “not out in my region yet”. Oh well, that’s fine. I can wait. Thanks again for the heads-up. Hit them up on Facebook and let them know that there's interest in your corner of the world.

So I've gotten caught up with Black Clover, Recovery of an MMO Junkie, Kino's Journey, and The Ancient Magus' Bride.
For all the hype surrounding it, Clover kinda sucks. The rest are good. Kino's Journey may well end up becoming a favorite of all time for me when all is said and done. Fantastically written and animated.

Been watching Durarara lately, pretty darn good lads but man those illuminati Skype messaging chat parties are kind of getting a little annoying now, I can expect to see atleast one of them every episode and plus that same song that tends to play a lot in this show, THAT song when nothings happening, yeah.. but the headless rider Celty seems cool, grim reaper on a bike?.. I can dig it!

Amazon recently launch several new add on channels to their Prime video service. Their anime channel, Anime Strike, is ing amazing! It just might be the best anime streaming service out there. There's a seven day free trial then it's $5 a month. But you have to be a Prime member. I heard you can just subscribe to their streaming service without paying $100 a year (so no free shipping) but I haven't looked into it. They have a bunch of shows and movies. I just binged the only season of High School of the Dead then I watched Akira and Tokyo Godfathers. As far as I can tell everything is available in both subs and dubs. Amazon claims they're adding new content every week. I can't confirm this because I haven't had it for a week yet. But I can confirm that I use this more than Funimation Now, which surprised me. EDIT: Everything that has a dub is on there. For some reason Tokyo Godfathers never got an English dub so it's sub only on Strike. So if you see something that doesn't have an English option that's because one was never created. Yeah so it seems I was the only one who cared about Anime Strike. After about a year Amazon pulled the plug. But the good news is that everything that was on the add on channel has been moved to Prime Video. So those of us in America can enjoy High School of the Dead, Akira, Steamboy and a good amount of other great content for no extra fee!

I’m digging Godzilla on Netflix right now. Not as convinced on Fate Apocrypha but I’ll give it some more time. I was in the fence about Godzilla but I trust your taste so I'm gonna check it out. Eventually. I've been a zombie b-movie kick recently

@3nwpro are you cool with anime that rips your heart out? Because if you are, boy oh boy do I have two for you. A while back I mentioned you should watch Your Lie in April if for nothing else the art and the music. But you're a rock fan, which I would assume means you can at least appreciate jazz even if it's not on your playlist...give Kids on the Slope a shot. Again, who needs to keep their tears in their heads when you can watch such a damn good show...but it's about a couple of guys and an elderly man that inadvertently form a little jazz band...along with the slice of life surrounding the two younger members of the band. One of the more complex stories I have watched in a while. The band stuff is easy to follow, but keeping track of the rest of the strings is difficult if you don't give it your full attention. That being said, I have a feeling you'll appreciate the character Brother Jun. No earthly idea why, but just a hunch.

Anyone have suggestion on similar anime like devilman crybaby Check out Another, Gantz and Ghost Hunt. Three drastically different shows, but all inside the horror/blood and gore lore galore genre. So I finished up "A Librarian, Like a Good Shepard" yesterday and started "The Asterisk War." The former is kinda fan-servicey so if that ain't your jam...I like the concept of Shepards in the show and what they represent, I gave it an 8 on my anime rating scale just because IT ACTUALLY HAD A ING ENDING FOR ONCE. Something that's been lacking in a ton of singular season anime lately. Asterisk War is cool. Reminds me of Absolute Duo, but less servicey and tangible characters you can actually grow to like, such as Julis. Finished up the first compendium of Orange today at work. Starting the next one tomorrow. Hope the series finishes out as strong as it has started. If you have not read or watched it...do yourself the favor. That, and A Silent Voice.

Plus, they're all available subtitled and dubbed over in English depending on your preference.
