Ok, Ive been out of the comic book loop for about 7-8 years now. Is Kyle Rynor still the Green Lantern??? Ive been seeing newer random images of Hal Jordan as GL (not Parallax) floating around, leading me to believe that Jordan is GL again. Any help would be appreciated.

Parallax was revealed to be a flaw in the GL rings that made them vulnerable to yellow (yes, its back) and it infected Jordan. He recently defeated it, came back from the dead, and reclaimed the mantle of Earth's foremost Lantern.
Rayner went back to Oa and became kind of a teacher to a new GL Corps. However, with the Rann/Thangarian War waging, he's been off fighting that conflict.
When Alex Luthor tried to rip apart space, his energies overloaded Jade and killed her. Kyle (re)absorbed her energy and became Ion. The guardians lead us to believe he is the next generation of Lantern.
That's about the gist of it.

I can't find a picture of Ion on google, but pick up any DC book this month and flip to the back page. His picture is on the "Also this week/Next month in..." page.
For the record, there are 3 (4 if you count Rayner) Green Lanterns for Sector 2814 (Earth): Hal Jordan, John Stewart and Guy Gardner.

But haven't both Rayner and Stewart be reassigned? Maybe I read that wrong. And I havent heard Guy be assigned anywhere yet that I recall except training other GLs on Oa since he really only just got his ring back. They're all still 2814s, but yes, Gardner and Rayner have been asked to train the new GLs on Oa. Stewart's still on Earth.

Currently Green Lantern Recharge (a 5 part mini-series) is Kyle Rayner, Guy Gardner, and Kilowog. If I'm not mistaken, the Guardians appointed 2 GL's to sector 2814, Hal Jordan and John Stewart. |

Rayner's getting his own series written by Ron Marz (the guy that created him way back when) as Ion.
