Opening Shot 05/04/2008 - Hartford, CT
The first show kicked off SRW Owner and Announcer Rated R & Colour commentator Scott Hudson. They ran down tonight’s debut show, which includes four SRW World Championship Qualifying matches.
Jordan Devine Defeated Arran Taylor (4:21) with a Bridged Fisherman’s Suplex. * Live Reports: Not a great match to start off the first ever show, but it was kept short, so the crowd didn’t really care. Taylor was squashed here, and Devine never really got to show what he can do.
Matt Magnum Defeated DC Dubya (10:35) with a 10mm Powerbomb. *** Live Reports: A great match to follow up on the last one. The crowd started to come alive during this, and Magnum and Dubya really put on a performance for them here. This match quickly turned into a wild brawl, going outside the ring at one point, and Magnum countered an F Bomb into the 10mm Powerbomb to get the win.
Trace Demon Defeated Devin Curtis (8:31) with a Sharpshooter. ** Live Reports: Decent match, but it was let down by the fact that the crowd are so hyped for the world championship qualifying matches. Demon looked strong, while Curtis didn’t put on much of a performance here. Curtis got some offence in, but was hit with the Demon Drop a few minutes in, and never looked like winning from there.
SRW World Championship Qualifier: Duan Sanchez Jr. Defeated Evan Pegano (11:46) with the 2nd Generation Moonsault. *** Live Reports: A good match that got the crowd hyped before the intermission. Sanchez Jr. is an incredible talent, and the crowd realized this. Pegano ended up getting into an argument with a number of fans at ringside, which Sanchez capitalized on, hitting a massive suicide dive to the outside, which the crowd popped loud for. Sanchez quickly followed up, getting Pegano into the ring and hitting the 2nd Generation Moonsault for the win.
-- Intermission –
SRW Owner got in the ring and thanked everyone for coming to the show. He announced that tomorrow night’s show will be even better than tonight’s and will feature the crowning of the first ever SRW World Champion.
Daz, Ricky Williams & Trace Demon were backstage signing autographs throughout the intermission.
-- End Intermission --
SRW World Championship Qualifier: Hollywood Punk Defeated Jake Richards (17:43) with the Take 2. *** Live Reports: Another good match, although there has yet to be anything spectacular on this card. Punk and Richards are two incredible talents, and given the right opponents could pull out some incredible matches. This match was a solid technical encounter, and went back and forth between the two. It took two Take 2’s to put Richards away in the end of a good match.
SRW World Championship Qualifier: Ricky Williams Defeated Johnny Reggae (19:21) with the Powerbomb. *** 1/2 Live Reports: A great match that pitted Power against Technique. Williams came out strong right from the start, using his power advantage to completely dominate Reggae. Reggae fought back though, working away at Williams legs to neutralize Williams power advantage. Reggae then stuck to a hit and run strategy throughout the match. Reggae managed to hit the Invitation to Robbery but only got a near fall. Williams fought back, hitting a brutal clothesline, following up with the Powerbomb for the win.
SRW World Championship Qualifier: Steve Style Defeated Daz (21:53) with the Flashback. **** 1/2 Live Reports: This was an incredible match, and really displayed what SRW is all about. This was a solid technical encounter and the crowd loved it, popping numerous time throughout the match. Style is an incredible talent, and Daz knows how to pull off big moves, including a huge Hurricarana off the top rope which the crowd loved. Style seemed out off it right there, but managed to fight back. Daz attempted to hit the Dazaster Driver towards the end, but Style stopped him with a brutal German Suplex, before going up top and hitting the Flashback for the win.

First Glory 06/04/2008 – Hartford, CT
First Glory kicked off with Rated R and Scott Hudson running down tonight’s card, which will feature the crowning of SRW’s first ever World Champion, as well as an announcement regarding SRW’s next shows.
Matt Magnum Defeated DC Dubya (11:21) via DQ. *** A good match to kick off the show. The fans in attendance were really into Magnum’s modern day cowboy gimmick, and a good chant was started for him early on. Dubya told them to shut up numerous times, and tried to start his own chants, which didn’t work. The match itself featured some good back and forth action, ranging from technical maneuvers to pure brawling. Magnum looked to have this match tied up after hitting a big boot to Dubya, but didn’t get the chance as Dubya grabbed a chair and nailed Magnum with it.
Johnny Arsenic & Evan Pegano Defeated Devin Curtis & Michael Magnum (8:32) with the Discharge. ** A decent match but nothing spectacular. Arsenic and Pegano seem to be a good team, and pulled off some decent double team moves during the match. There wasn’t much to this match, it went back and forth before Arsenic hit Curtis with the Discharge for the win.
Red Dragon Defeated Jordan Devine (11:23) with the Red Dragon Driver. *** 1/2 Red Dragon really impressed in his debut and the crowd really got into this match. Devine didn’t seem to be taking Dragon seriously at the start of the match, but as soon as Dragon started hitting quick moves Devine realized that he would have to step it up or go home. Devine did step it up, hitting some wicked technical moves of his own, and even hit the Fisherman’s Suplex, but instead of bridging it he tried to go up top for a legdrop. Dragon rolled out of the way though, and hit a stunned Devine with the Red Dragon Driver for the win.
-- Intermission –
SRW owner Rated R announced that the next two shows will be held on the 18th and 19th of April, and will be held in Detroit, Michigan.
Matt Magnum, Daz and Duan Sanchez Jr. were signing autographs backstage.
The entire crowd were talking about the SRW World Championship match later tonight. There is a massive split on who people expect to win.
-- End of Intermission --
Trace Demon Defeated Johnny Reggae (16:32) with the Demon Drop. **** A great match that saw Demon display how he can change styles to match his opponent. Reggae came in using his hit and run strategy against the more powerful Demon, but Demon displayed some good technical maneuvers off his own. Although Reggae’s technical skills are impressive they did not seem to be able to match up with Demon’s ability to mix strength with technique. Reggae did hit a big tornado DDT at one point, but only managed to get a near fall, and Demon soon hit the Demon Drop, followed by the pinfall.
Jake Richards Defeated Daz (18:34) with the Tiger Driver. **** 1/2 This was an incredible match, and shockingly the match of the night for in ring wrestling. Richards is an incredible talent and has a menacing physique all at the same time, while Daz has some of the best in ring skills in the company. Richards dominated the early parts of the match, hitting some stiff elbows early on, and nearly getting a quick win after a back drop. Daz managed to come back with quick unpredictable moves. Richards had no idea what Daz was going to attempt next, and neither did the crowd. Daz went for the Dazaster Driver, but could not life Richards, who countered into a brutal Tiger Driver for the win.
SRW World Championship Match Steve Style Defeated Ricky Williams, Hollywood Punk & Duan Sanchez Jr. (31:23) with the Flashback to become the first SRW World Champion. **** 1/2 The crowd were incredible during this match, easily the loudest they have been this weekend. This was easily match of the night for the excitement factor, there were so many spots to talk about. Sanchez went to the top early on and took out everyone with a huge suicide dive which got the crowd screaming. Williams is a great brawler, and engaged in a great brawl with Punk, which went through the crowd and resulted in a shocking powerbomb with Punk being sent clean into the concrete floor. Medics rushed to check on him, while Williams returned to the match. Style and Sanchez had to work together to take out Williams, and hit a double dropkick which sent him to the outside. Style followed up, laying Sanchez with a superkick, followed by the Flashback for the win.

Backstage Steve Style is seen with a massive grin a cross his face and the SRW World Title slung over his shoulder.
Style: Once again 'The Future' of pro wrestling is your champion. You see at First Glory I did what I said I would do. I defeared Ricky Williams, I defeated Hollywood Punk and I defeated Duan Sanchez Jr. I walked out as your World Champion just like I said I'd do.
Style's smile got wider as he put the Title down on a chair.
Style: At First Glory I proved that the future is upon us and it doesn't matter who I take on or where, I will always be your SRW Champion because I am 'The Future' Steve Style!

Matt Magnum is seen sitting in a expensive looking locker room.
Magnum: Congrats Steve Style, tonight you beat the son of a legend, Duan Sanchez Jr., but remember this: I am undefeated, there for, I am naming myself number one contender. The future maybe now, but with a quick shot in the heart, it's gone. I don't care what I have to do to fight you, but I want my well deserved title shot!

You may be undefeated but your forgetting one thing, so am I... And I mean who have you beaten? DC Dubya? May I remind you that I am a former SFF King Of Tags, former SFF Tag Team Champion, former SFF International Champion and I am your SRW World Champion. Beileve me it's going to take more than the self proclaimed number one contender 'Matt Magnum' to put an end to my reign as World Champion. The Future Is Now!
