Did anybody get the new retail roh dvds? If so how are they? I read on another board that the dvds come with a trading card, is that true?

Yea, they got a trading card.
If you haven't seen ROH, I guess they're a nice little intro. Although it seems as if they are trying to shill the Stars DVD as "our ROH guys vs. guys on TV".
If you have seen ROH, I wouldn't waste your money, because chances are you've seen them all.

Well I haven't seen a lot of ROH so I plan on picking up the Stars of Honor dvd. I hear the Punk vs Joe matches were classics, but I never saw them.

Are the matches clipped - particularly the Punk/Joe ones?..

Are the matches clipped - particularly the Punk/Joe ones?.. I don't think so, none of them are too long. Punk/Joe III wasn't a really long match so I think it's probably in full.

The matches are full, just no entrances.

I'm not picking them up. As someone who has been following ROH for awhile there might be like one or two matches on each I haven't seen but for the most part I've seen them all so the DVD's are worthless for me.

If I find them at a store like Walmart/Target or Best Buy, I will likely pick them up. I'd rather purchase these, rather than another wrestling DVD I would likely not care for as much. Just to pop them in for a good watch every now and then.

Are the matches clipped - particularly the Punk/Joe ones?.. Only the third of their trilogy is on there. They do, however, have a feature that documents the rivalry.

I mainly want the 'Bloodstained Honor' disc, for the Punk/Steel vs Maff/Whitmer street fight..

For $10, these DVDs are really steal. However, I had a hassle trying to find them in my local fye store. I finally gave up and ordered off amazon.
