Lol UK. The last Chikara shows were King of Trios when Kingston got to the FINALS. And he's booked this weekend at the ECW arena. And I don't think he's EVER said JAPW was his home promotion. It's always been Chikara, seeing as he trained there and has wrestled there consistently. Do you follow JAPW? Because he's said it. The last Chikara show he was on but did it run against JAPW? No, over the last few months when they did run against each other he was at JAPW. Maybe you should ask Kingston what his home promotion is and he will tell you. Oh and about him training in Chikara, you're wrong. He started in Camp IWF here in Jersey. Maybe you should know your crapbefore you speak or watch Kingston's shoot interview and you wouldn't look like an idiot right now.

I believe you are both right on the training thing. King trained in Jersey first, and then he went to train at the Wrestle Factory. I got that bit of info from one "Lightning" Mike Quackenbush in an email I sent him asking about wrestling training for future reference. -CMD

Chikara is his home promotion. If he said at a JAPW event that JAPW was his home promotion, than it was kayfabe. If he came to Chikara and said it.......then it might carry some weight. But Kingston is all Chikara.

Then how come when they run head to head Kingston is always at JAPW? No one here follows JAPW so they wouldn't know but he never misses a JAPW show while he has missed a few Chikara for JAPW and IWA-MS.
I find it funny that we are all talking about this when he's gonna no show both shows this weekend anyway and neither will be his home promotion.

I would imagine Kingston takes the JAPW for the paydays. Also, JAPW is only once a month if im correct and CHIKARA usually runs mutliple times a month. I don't think just because he takes a JAPW booking over CHIKARA, that it makes it his home fed. I know plenty of workers who get out of bookings from their "home" promotions, to work other feds, for the paydays and for the exposure/experience of working other feds with different workers.
I'm not trying to argue or debate, im just stating what I think would problay be the logical explanation would be. Because no matter what Kingston says, in any logical context, JAPW isn't his home promotion. He might of did a little training there or whatever, but they didn't start him out.

Yes, I know he was trained previously in Jersey, but like he says on the shoot interview, the guy who trained him was a ing moron and he only learnt the bare basics. Maybe you should know your **** before you assume things about people and you wouldn't look like an idiot right now. Further more, like I said, King was on the KOT show. Then he was on Two Eyebrows are Better than One, the show prior to KOT. He wasn't on Colbert > O'Reilly, but he was at JAPW. Although the JAPW show was the NIGHT BEFORE, so he could have made both shows if he had wanted to. Then he wrestled at Chapter 11, but not the show the night before (name slips me) but JAPW didn't run a show then. And he wrestled the show before that show. Matter of fact, looking at both JAPW and Chikara's 07 schedules, I can't see a date that clashes. BASICALLY what I'm trying to say is that he's been at every ing recent Chikara show and has not missed one for a ****ty JAPW show, so really, you are a complete tool.

Chikara ran a show on October 27th 2007. Kingston wasn't there because he was working the JAPW show.

I'm not sure what the record is for not showing up but he may have it after this weekend. Kingston is booked at three different places over the weekend.

Chikara ran a show on October 27th 2007. Kingston wasn't there because he was working the JAPW show. Alright bro, you got me, Kingston misses New Star Navigation for one JAPW show 5 months ago, and therefore JAPW is his home fed. Argument over.

Where did I say that's what makes it his home promotion? Jesus christ this argument is intellectually- disabled! I was stating a show he missed since hmcustoms here said that he never missed a Chikara show for JAPW. Kingston himself said he's home is JAPW and no it wasn't in a JAPW promo. Just because everyone here is anti-JAPW and "omgz chikara is teh bestest eva111" doesn't mean JAPW isn't his home promotion.
What do you think Kingston likes more? Wrestling Hallowicked in front of 50 people andgetting paid less or wrestling Homicide and Low Ki in front of 800-1000 getting paid better? Despite what people here think of JAPW, they make the most money and can afford talent not many other promotions can.
Like I said though. This won't matter because after this Sat when he no shows Chikara, PWU & JAPW he won't have anywhere to call his "home promotion".

But the thing is, no matter how much money they make or who they bring in....CHIKARA is more recognized. Kingston got a 3 page spread in "The Wrestler" because of his connections to Quack and CHIKARA. CHIKARA has more widely released DVDs and such. I think that explains why I think Kingston would think of CHIKARA as his home promotion. ...and the fact he said that several times on CHIKARA commentary.

I didn't say people are anti-JAPW for not putting them over but when you have most people that say they suck like hmcustoms without even following the product it's quite ridiculous. Also having one DVD in stores isn't that big of a deal. I guess in that case plenty of other crap promotions would be bigger than JAPW, PWG & IWA-MS because they don't have any DVD's in stores. JAPW had a DVD that you could buy at retail a few years back but because of the use of TNA names it's better off just selling DVD's through their site then have to lose long time talent like Homicide & Lethal. ROH has PPV and DVD's in stores and they haven't even grown because of it. I haven't seen Chikara get all that popular either. DVD's in retail really aren't a big deal seeing as 98% of people just look at the WWE crapanyway. I think it's just ridiculous for someone to say something sucks without following it.

Who are you to say I don't follow JAPW? What a intellectually- disabled person.
