So, I finally picked her up today at my local comic shop. I was actually cut a deal on price, due to the package being in lousy condition, which was a bonus.   Let's get the most obvious thing out of the way. Spiderwoman is "gifted" in the chestal area. But of course this is accurate to the comic, not that anyone would complain anywho. For a Marvel Select figure, she has a decent amount of articulation. The paint may vary by figure, because I saw sloppy applications on a couple of the figures. She is in the MS scale, which may seem like a negative if you want to display her with ML, but she actually blends in well, not being a large figure. Not pictured is a really cool HYDRA base, which I suspect will be used for other figures. Is she worth the 16 or so bucks, especially with a ML 15 version on the horizon? That's up to the individual. In my case, I don't regret buying her, and still plan on getting the ML version, should it come out. |

I think she fits in nicely. I have her displayed on the Avengers portion of my shelf, and she blends nicely with the others. I actually had her displayed next to Scarlett Witch, until I realized it made SW looked even worse.

Yeah, I think we've gotten, or are getting pretty much all the Avengers A-listers.
As for Spiderwoman, I'm probably going to have three of her before all is said and done. I have someone picking me up this figure's black and white variant at SDCC, and of course the ML 15 version.

I have quite a few avengers... of course there are so many members I probably have to look up the main members to assemble them

Well, the New Avengers lineup is
Captain America
Iron Man
Luke Cage
Ronin
Sentry
Spider-Man
Spider-Woman
Wolverine
So with Cage in 14, we'd only be missing Ronin, who I could give a rat's ass about anyway.

I will probably assemble the thor/hulk/cap/etc...etc.. lineup.

With the Civil War storyline going, technically there is no Avengers right now.
One reason I bought this figure, is because ML has a sketchy track record of female figures. So if the ML 15 version is a complete turd, I still have Chesty McBoob in my display.

Well, here's how she looks on my dusty ass Hulk shelf.  She's kind of tall, maybe too tall, and doesn't stand up that well. Basically I got her because I know we'll never have a ML version. |

that won't bother me... if the product is decent. If its scaled down, or cheaper plastic, then that will be a problem. I don't think the product will be any good, but I'll give them a chance.

I think the Ghostrider movie line is Hasbro's first crack at it. So we'll have a good indicator then.

I mainly just hope they keep everything in 6" scale... I'm not a fan of those itty bitty star wars figures.

I thought about getting her, but decided to wait for the ML version, as I don't REALLY care much about her. THe only MS figure I bothered to get was Watcher and Emma Frost, who is too huge to display with the X-Men. I almost got She Hulk, but I wasn't a fan of the figure itself, which is a shame. If I can get one cheap, I will.
