I just recently started to complete my Hasbro collection and am closing in on a couple figures and accessories. When looking through accessories on ebay and such I remembered a bag for Damien that was supposed to come with Jake the Snake. This wasn't the life size snake and bad that was produced. This was a small green bag that went with the Hasbro Jake the Snake and Damien. I also remember a picture of this but can't remember where I saw it. I'm pretty sure I came across it on this site before but am not completely sure. Does anyone have any pictures of this bag or no if any ever made it onto the streets? I'm pretty sure that it was never released but am just wondering if anyone has seen a picture of it or actually owns the prototype.

i remember hearing about this but personally have never seen it. i thought the one on ebay was kids size so i didnt bother to give it a closer look. i would also like to see pics if anyone has it. i've been making custom ones for years for my figures.

Yeah i remember the kid size bag but I'm almost positive that someone posted a catalog picture of series 1 or 2 (whatever series Jake was in) and in that picture there was a bag next to him. Maybe Hasbromaniac or Stom could shed some light on this?

....there was never a commercially released bag with jake the snake wwf hasbro figure. perhaps you are thinking of very eary pics of the figure that may have shown the figure with a bag, or this 'jakes snake' toy snake produced by hasbro: www.wrestlingfigs.com/uploads/figure/1221_figure1.jpg |

nope wasnt that kid size bag it was actually a bag for Damien that was in a picture and i am sure it was never released

I had nearly every Hasbro figure every released at one point, and I can tell you there was never a figure sized bag for Damien.

There was a Hasbro catalog pic of the small Jake figure that was supposed to have the bag. I'll look for it and post in a day or two.

I have the damien snake, boxed. the snake is 40 inches long and it comes with a green bag.

I think he is reffering to a bag that fits the snake that comes with Hasbro figures. This is a myth and there was no such bag produced. There are bags from other figures that would fit the Jake figure. I have seen these sold and also sold with custom jakes. There are also customs of Jake with a yellow Damien going round. Be carefull with people who claim things are customs and people who claim them to be real.

i wish i had a camera. I have a greenish brown figure sized bag that came with Damien and Jake hte Snake when i bought it at a garage sale. I'll dig deep but i'm pretty sure a dark green bag exists, at least from some jake figure. did one come with the ljn figure?

Sorry for the lateness of the pic. We just had some construction done in our basement and my catalogs have been buried. Strange that no one else had the Spring 1991 Hasbro Toy Fair catalog to scan   The look on that Dusty prototype's face is priceless. LOL!  |
