Stolen from the ROH Board:
1) "Unreal" Mike Elgin, Danny Daniels, Mike Nakazawa vs Mitch Franklin, Pelle Primeau, Ernie Osiris. Pelle pins Elgin to get his team the win.
2) Nate Mattson vs "Sugarfoot" Alex Payne. Mattson gets the victory.
Main Show Results:
1) Rhett Titus vs Silas Young. Adam Pearce is not in the building. Young beats Titus.
2) "Shatterd Rockstar" Joey Matthews vs Jigsaw. Jigsaw d. Matthews.
3) Nigel McGuinness & Claudio Castagnoli vs. Kevin Steen & El Generico. Claudio pins Generico after Ricola Bomb. Claudio holds up ROH title afterwards and a staredown ensues between Nigel and Claudio.
4) Necro Butcher vs. Delirious - Falls Count Anywhere. Necro defeats Delirious!
6) Jack Evans & Ruckus vs. Brent Albright & Chris Hero. Hero has new theme. Ruckus pins Hero after hitting a top rope twisty move. Sweeney argued with Albright after the match, Brent threatened to hit him but pulls back and leaves.
7) Jay & Mark Briscoe vs. Kota Ibushi & Austin Aries. Awesome tag match. Briscoes win after spike jaydriller on Ibushi. Place went nuts. Ibushi is awesome.
- Prazak comes out to ask Aries about what happened with Lacey. Austin doesn't answer as Lacey comes out. They make out then leave.
8)Jimmy Jacobs & Tyler Black vs. Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin. Good match so far. Shelley way over, has broken out the skullf*ck. Brawling in the crowd. Shelley taps to Jacobs' End Times.

That sounds like it was a cool show.
Sugarfoot better go over tomorrow night. He's a star in Chicago.
Anyone know anything about Mike Nakazawa? I've never heard of him.
Silas Young can be huge in ROH, I hope he starts being a full time guy. This weekend was a tryout for him.
I'm kinda surprised to see both Hero & Ibushi get beat.
Hopefully the main event lives up to the hype.

yeah!!!! Jacobs got his revenge and made Shelley tap just like he said he would. Awesome. Whole card sounds really good, wish it would come out on DVD. People that went......got any pix?  |

Anyone know anything about Mike Nakazawa? I've never heard of him. Michael Nakazawa is a great Japanese wrestler. He's in America with Ibushi as his translator. His gimmick, although I've heard he isn't using it in ROH, is that he's very oily. He puts all sorts of body oil all over himself before, during and after his matches in order to disgust his opponents and keep them from getting a grip on him. www.youtube.com/results?search_query=michael+nakazawa&search_type= |

Man, such an awesome show. Ibushi was insane, i'd love to see him again. Loved Hero's new music. I was on the edge of my seat for the entire main event. Loved it.

I've seen Kakazawa in CHIKARA, he's damn good.
This show actually looks pretty damn good TBH. I love tag team matches, so this is one ill have to check out.
HOW IN THE HELL DID PELLE PIN THE UPWARDS OF 275 lb. MICHEAL ELGIN?! It's cool Elgin got on the undercard though, good for him, even though i dont think hes ready for ROH yet. Maybe in a tag team/stable, but no way as a singles.
Danny Daniels....eww....

Show sounds pretty solid from top-to-bottom. I'm very eager to see Jigsaw VS Matthews, AOTF VS MCMG, and Claudio/Nigel VS Steen/Generico.

Tell you the turth that the Mike Elgin is gonna be on the dvd cause the only dark match was the nate.
also that was a great show I'm going to be picking it up on dvd.
yea I had a extra ticket from what i won on the wrestlingfigs site. my cousin is a wwe fan I been trying to get him to go to good wrestling show's and yesterday was the first time I talk him into going He's never been to a wrestling event and now he's telling me like F*** wwe that was the best stuff I have every seen.

Anyone know what the deal is with Nigel and Claudio teaming up to face Steen/Generico? Because at the last show we were left with the fact that Claudio wanted a title shot against Nigel but Nigel rejected it. Right before that we saw Nigel over Steen in the title match by putting his feet on the ropes. So I just don't see how the two got paired up to face Steen/Generico. They're going to face each other for the world title, so they're teaming up. |
