I'm a loyal dedicated Republican to my very core, but I would vote for Obama if he appears on RAW tonight, gets on the mic, and says "Do you smell what Barack is cookin'?"

Announced as the main event for tonight's three hour Raw King of the Ring special is an eight man tag featuring World Champion The Undertaker & ECW Champion Kane & John Cena & Triple H vs. WWE Champion Randy Orton & Edge & JBL & Chavo Guerrero.
Obviously, the inclusion of all these major names means the King of the Ring tournament will be used again as a vehicle to build a mid-card name for the future.
The question now is, who?..

Based on the preview & the 8 man main event, I'm assuming HBK, Batista, & Jericho will be in, plus I'll add in Kennedy, Hardy, MVP, Punk, & Finlay.
I'm excited for the KOTR, as I have not been this excited for a tournment since the Gold Rush 2005 tournment. The WWE needs to use the same ideas here as they did there. Elevate the young guys & start to bounce the vets early.

For instance - Edge won the title due to the injury. Maybe that was supposed to be Kennedy. Remember, Edge is now on SmackDown - as a heel - with Kennedy on RAW as a heel. It's not like you could make a feud out of the two which would actually make sense. Now they already had RAW's plans all laid out. Why would they change them to fit in Kennedy ? Surely he would get the chance another time, which I believe should be tonight. |

I don't think Kennedy deserves shit. His character is so boring and nothing original comes from him. Hes in bearly good shape and needs a serious tan. He hasnt done ANYTHING to deserve any major title in the WWE.
