She already died a little while ago in a plane crash.
I know it turned out that she survived but whatever.

if your reffering to that photo of him huging her grave[below, from newsarama.com] it's Kaare Andrew's Spiderman: Reign, if I recall. If i recall its not a continity based mini-series. Its set in an alternate future, where heroes are no longer needed. (you can read the solicitation on newsaramas main page, under marvel december solicitations.)

Yeah, it's actually for not Civil War, it has something to do with Spidey Mini-series about some future.
