She already died a little while ago in a plane crash.
I know it turned out that she survived but whatever.

if your reffering to that photo of him huging her grave[below, from newsarama.com] it's Kaare Andrew's Spiderman: Reign, if I recall. If i recall its not a continity based mini-series. Its set in an alternate future, where heroes are no longer needed. (you can read the solicitation on newsaramas main page, under marvel december solicitations.)  |

Yeah, it's actually for not Civil War, it has something to do with Spidey Mini-series about some future.
