Offical TNA Sacrifice (5-11-08) Thread

To be fair, I knew I wasn't flocking to Creed the moment I heard him say "Are you ready to face the Consequences?" with the intimidation factor of an adolescent Michael Jackson.

I can't see anything in Creed yet, he's seemed sloppy & bland so far in TNA.
I don't know a lot about him though, did he have some glittering Indie run that I'm unaware of cause there must be a reason for all this seemingly unwarranted love.

I can see Petey vs. Lethal & hopefully Devine vs. Dutt, I reckon they'd have a great match myself & ties in to the storyline as Dutt screwed Devine at Lockdown, plus I imagine they'll be looking to get Dutt over for when he turns heel on lethal.

Joe vs. Steiner I've no problems with, I enjoyed their first hardhitting match 7 expecting more of the same.

No real idea what to expect on the rest of the card. No doubt a crappy knockouts match, Roode & Booker T continuing the most boring feud EVER in TNA & some gimmicky match to sort out the tag straps.

I don't think the Knockouts match is going to be crappy at all. It sounds crazy, a ladder match AND a head shaving. I haven't a clue which K.O. Will have her head shaved but I think will play out one of these ways.....

*Gail Kim vs. ODB ladder match, Gail Kim wins and ODB has her head shaved.

*final 3 in the battle royale willl be Roxxi, Angelina and Velvet. Roxxi eliminates herself so one of the beautiful people will be subject to the headshaving. Angelina and Velvet choose beauty over friendship and beat the living hell out of each other and Angelina wins the ladder match.

*Roxxi gets her head shaved, after losing to ODB.

Basically only Gail, ODB, Roxxi, Angelina and Velvet will be playing any sort of significant role in the match.

I heard from my buddy that there'll be a woman head shaving, so I'll probably read results to see what happens. It sounds so bad yet I have to see what happens.

He had the briefcase like the Money in the Bank for a guaranteed title shot and he cashed it in at the event. I doubt Steiner is going to continue going after the belt after this event.

I have the feeling that the Terrordome is really going to be underwhelming.

TerrorDome will just be a rip off of AAA's cage dome.

Even though I'm a huge fan, Angelina has a man face. Her femininity (and therefore most of her appeal) lies in her long bleach blonde hair, so I don't think they would do that to her, since she is so money just the way she is.

I think a knockout who the fans love regardless of looks (like ODB or Roxxi) will be the one who gets it. Does anybody even care what ODB's hair looks like? She is a hot tranny mess.

Or it could be Rhaka Khan, whose hair isn't really hers in the first place. She could dye the remainder blonde and match Scott Steiner and Petey Williams, but then I think she'd be infringing upon Shelton Benjamin's bleach blonde black person gimmick.

I think the voodoo gimmick is pretty much dead right now anyways. Her gimmick now is just that she doesn't care what people think of her, and she is who she wants to be. Which, IMO, suits a head shaving perfectly.

Roxxi, Gail and ODB have already gotten their title shots and the matches have been done before. I think its time for Angelina to take on Kong at a PPV. Since she is the only knockout who is consistantly aligned with another (Velvet Sky) I think it would be the perfect oppurtunity for them to screw Kong out of the title (somehow) and have Kong turn face, wrestle men, and let the equally sized knockouts fight over the belt for a while. the only thing I don't like about the knockouts division is that since its conception, it has been sort of predictable. Everyone knew Gail wasn't going to lose it that fast after BFG, and then when she was feudung with Kong it was only a matter of time before she lost it. Now that Kong has it, every womens title match is a guarunteed squash. All of their matches are extremely entertaining, but it loses some of its umph if you already know who is going to win.

So I'm saying Angelina/Roxxi are the final two, Roxxi gets her head shaved. Angelina deserves a title shot, Roxxi would look good bald, and they could put on one hell of a ladder match together. Everyone's happy!

Angelina has been so obnoxious lately that I think it would put more fans behind Kong and give her some face cred (sort of like when she was torture racking Christy Hemme). Screwing her out of the title and giving it to someone who could never beat her fairly would make Angelina even more of a heel and make Kong even more of a face (for when she wrestles men)
