after the wrestlemania match the song should have been changed because the song was good before the match cause it was like a "don't retire flair" kinda song but after the match and he lost it didn't fit anymore

Because alot of fans watched because they knew it was Flair's last match. You get the new gen and the old gen and alot more buys for PPV.

Sucka Says said it best. The only reason they did that, is because EVERYONE knew Flair was retiring at the Citrus Bowl. Where else woulda been appropriate other than Mania? The weekend was the perfect weekend for a Flair fan. WWE really showed how much Flair retiring meant to their company.
But even though they hyped his retirement to death, some people were still doubting that Flair was going to lose...even though it was quite obvious.
Also, that Fuel song was horrid and overplayed. I seriously heard it about a hundred times in the week after Mania.
Also, I think WWE gave away that Flair was going to retire at Wrestlemania, simply by putting the "Career Threatening" stipulation to Flair's matches in January. I mean, when that happened, I think anyone who has an ounce of common sense, figured Flair would end up retiring at Mania.

It was pretty predictable that he was gonna lose, and even if he did win, that he'd retire 'on his own terms', but I thought it was fantastic the way he went.
