To the best of my knowledge, they weren't hyped HALF as much as AOTF was, so you fail. They recieved plenty of build through skits/vignettes and were seen as another reincarnation of Raven's nest. That in itself carries a ton of hype. They fizzled faster and accomplished nothing. |

Aren't you 16 and you still think Batista & John Cena are cool? Yeah, You haven't been watching wrestling very long so it's obvious why you like who you do. Continue to watch your crappy booking and roided up monsters. I can't believe I even wasted time arguing with a TV mark. I've been watching wrestling my entire life, douchebag. I was watching during the New Generation era, the abomination that was the Attitude era, and the current era. I'm not the kind of elitist who has no self respect, no social life, no friends, and has to come on a message board and troll people who don't agree with me on WRRRRESTLING just to feel good about myself. Hahahaha, dude you use to talk to my brother on AIM and you are on my brother's myspace. From what I hear you have no friends, everyone on your myspace is people you met online. I've also heard that you had trouble going to school and had to be home schooled because you're anti social and would throw up when you went to school. Sorry but if you wanna throw stuff at me I will throw it right back. |

I'd like that dude to answer ONE QUESTION...
Who in the entire United States, has a better roster of tag teams than ROH? Maybe CHIKARA, when talent and name value are combined, ROH takes the cake. WWE's tag division is a joke.
...and Aries/Briscoe vs. AOTF is a good move IMO, it contiunes the JImmy/Lacey/Aries angle...

Yeah ROH has the best tag wrestling ANYWHERE. That I will give them credit for. No other promotion has as strong a tag division as ROH has and I don't know how anyone can deny it.

I don't know how accurate that is, because atleasy 75% of my REAL LIFE friends do have myspace page, but that's also because I have alot of friends who happen to be independent wrestlers, and they tend to have myspace pages so they can be reached for bookings. But almost all my friends who are in college or friends from high school, also have myspace, simply to keep in touch with friends who have moved to other states or gone to different colleges. I seriously believe 95% of young people between the ages of 16-25 have MySpace pages.
He didn't say je judged his friends by his MySpace page, he said the dude talked to his brother on AIM all the time and he had other ACCURATE infromation about him, so why wouldn't his other statement be accurate? He seems like he has a good source for his info. I dont think this is UK just talking out of his ass.
But yeah, let's end this here. If not, the post should be locked, this is about thr ROH TAG TITLE SITUATION, so if you dont like ROH, you shouldnt be in here.
Anyways, yeah UK, they do have best Tag Team & Heavyweight Roster in the country. I mean, ROH is smart by having just those two belts because it makes the competition for each belt that much better. I know of no other titles that have so much talent going after them. I dig the fact ROH is booked like a Japanese promotion, but sometimes, yeah. Gabe makes so very dumb decisions. But lately, besides Briscoes regaining the belts....the shows have sounded absolutley great.

The statement in question was "At least TNA doesn't hype up a huge stable, and then have them  ing fizzle after their debut" not "Who was built with the exact same amount of hype as ATOF"  So... who was it that failed again? |

I'm often critical about ROH and I think this is bad booking but seriously just because you can't appreciate good wrestling and have a hard on for garbage for WWE doesn't mean it's better. Jay Briscoe & Aries(who it'll most like be) as champions suck but when WWE puts on anywhere close to the tag matches ROH puts on then you can talk. If you wanna talk about bad booking look no further than Backlash. Triple H & Cena lost their shot, explain to me why they deserve another? Ric Flair is just fine with Shawn Michaels retiring him so explain to me why Batista cares if Flair don't? I don't even need to get into TNA's awful booking. While I think ROH's booking as of late has been a cluster it's still better than anything on TV.
