But TNA sucks.

That's the only reason it's not going to be better? Because one half of it sucks and has less influence over the booking than most think? Seriously, look at the ing card. Nakanishi vs. Abyss should be a really good brawl, Steiners/Tomko and Bernard is a no brainer, the Steiners are gonna go all out for it. Nagata/Angle should be great, Angle will bring the work boots for it, believe me. And either Tanahashi defense is going to be good, it doesn't matter if it's Makabe or Nakamura. It's going to be good.

Kurt still running around with that fake belt. Christ... As I've said many times, Angle was probably in with NJPW to get that belt. Lesnar reported wanted to win it back at an IGF show, Angle never worked another. Angle worked for NJPW with Nagata, my guess is NJPW contacted him about just losing the belt back and not just handing it over. Angle doesn't parade on TV with it anymore. I think Hetfield's an ass and doesn't seem to know what TNA can do. Just because you think they suck in TNA doesn't mean they actually do. Wrestle Kingdom II will be a good show.

When this gets to IVP videos, I am so buying it. Unless TNA is selling it as well.

When this gets to IVP videos, I am so buying it. Unless TNA is selling it as well. Considering it's being taped by a New Japan film crew, and being aired exclusively in Japan, I'd think it's safe to say IVP is your only chance of finding it unless TNA pulls a WCW and shows it on PPV.

It's on a Thursday, they could just can Impact for the day and show WK on PPV instead. More than likely we'll just get "highlights".

The problem with showing it on PPV is the hardcore tape delay of it all, and that they'd have to get NJPW's permission to air it, unless they had their own tape crew there.

The tape delay doesn't matter to me. I knew the results to the first Wrestle Kingdom but I still watched it. Same with other indy shows and TNA shows. But I enjoy watching it. My guess is since TNA and NJPW have a working agreement it wouldn't be a huge deal if they showed it in some fashion. Seeing as how TNA talent is on and it is NJPW vs TNA, I think TNA should be able to show it. Just like WCW showed their supershows with them.

Jumbo and Gordy you're right about. Last year on AIM, you kept telling me how bad Akiyama sucked, and how he was one of the worst wrestlers in the world. And I'd love to hear how Jumbo and Gordy suck, seeing how they're two of the most influential wrestlers ever and have been in bigger, and better matches than most people.

People tend to idolize former wrestlers who have died, and this is the case with Jumbo and Gordy. Jumbo did have a few good matches in the 90s, but all Gordy was (to me) was a tag team wrestler. Nothing more.

Hetfield, I usually agree with what you say, but I think you shouldnt be so negative about this show.
I really think it will bring out the best in these TNA guys, as opposed to being a stinker.

Nothing more. That's your opinion, but to say they 'sucked' is completely off the mark. Jumbo was one of the best guys they had in the 80s, the only two to outshine him were Hansen and Tenryu. I actually agree with the Gordy thing, but think about how amazing of a team MVC was.

We'll have to wait and see, but to be honest, my expectations aren't high. The match Senshi and Daniels had in NJPW recently was very good, so maybe that's a sign.
