remember when tna had aj styles , like really had him they used him for everything he and double j and others guys like triple x carried that company and made it new, refreshing and really cool. what am trying to say is that now that the "new guys" haves come to tna they have forgotten about aj and what he did, now its all Samoa Joe and Kurt angle.it really sucks because now aj is like the heel version of Eric young. yeah he is a tag champ, but COME ON this is a guy that was always Mr. tna and the way they have disgraced his legacy is just sad , i mean if you look at him now and the way he is no one who just started watching tna would believe that was a former champ jobbing to wwe rejects, the original tna guys from the ppv era are dying off, now everything is Samoa Joe yeah his cool and all but tna is making look like cena , he must not win every damn match or if he loses cant he just lose clean.
sorry, am just a little angry and just had to get this off my chest its really sad that guys like aj, killings, and xxx are not being used right because of guys like Angle and Joe and Cage

Now if only you did not have the grammar of a three year old, I would be able to agree/disagree with you. I honestly have no clue what you said.

I will translate for you so you may understand: "Remember when TNA used AJ Styles correctly? AJ, Double J, and Triple X would carry the company and made it seem new, refreshing, and really cool. What I am trying to say is that now the new guys in TNA and AJ Styles seems to be lost in the shuffle. Now, its all about Samoa Joe and Kurt Angle. It really sucks because now AJ is the heel version of Eric Young. Yes, AJ is a tag team champion but COME ON this guy was Mr. TNA and the way they have disgraced his legacy is just sad. I mean if you look at him now, no one who just started watching TNA would belive he was a former champ because he is jobbin to WWE rejects. The original TNA guys from the PPV era are dying off. Now everything is Samoa Joe; yes he is cool and all but TNA is making Joe look like Cena. He must not win every damn match or if he loses he cant lose cleanly." Hopefully its more clear

Hopefully its more clear Thanks a lot man. I disagree that you say it is all Joe/Angle. TNA dropped the ball on Joe and Joe is pretty much nothing now. Angle deserves to run the federation and if not him Christian. Styles is at the best spot in his career right now. When he was World Champion he was so boring. At least now he is entertaining. Triple X was never a truly dominate stable, only a good tag team. I agree that TNA is becoming worse, but I do not agree with your points.

I never knew being in a main event stable, being in every PPV of 2007, main eventing 3 of those 12, winning the tag team titles, starting a feud with Christian Cage meant he was being mis-used.. looks like he's being used pretty damn good to me.

I think he means how AJ is Christian's bitch, and how he no longer accomplishes anything by himself anymore. That is a pretty big fall from being the number one face of a company... AJ should have been the man to beat when Sting, Christian, and Angle were brought in. Daniels should have played a major roll in the main event as well. Instead, Joe came along and was horribly booked to make both AJ and Daniels look like throw pillows. Joe took AJ's role as TNA's top ace, and AJ and Daniels were given subordinate roles ever since. Hopefully with the Daniels vignettes and Styles/Christian storyline, both men will recieve the main event pushes they deserved two years ago. I'd also prefer to see a serious AJ Styles, TNA has enough comedy acts as it is...

The thing is.. he may be Angle/Christians bitch BUT look what we got out of it? AJ has had a great year & a long needed change. He proved he has mic skills & now can walk the walk & talk the talk. The way I look at it is all they have to do is to have AJ go out there have a killer one on one match & reliaze that he's Phenomenal with or without Cage/Angle. He didn't need anyone to become a triple crown winner, to make it to TNA & split & have a singles run. Plus, to build someone up agian - you gotta tear 'em down.

I happen to agree with you SG and The Ripper because AJ has improved since the 2002 - Current he has new mic skills and actually looks like a top player though The Ripper is right about AJ & Daniels being pushed aside from the main event but I see AJ-Christian Storyline leading to a Face AJ and him going into the main event also Daniels Vignettes looking like his old Fallen Angel gimmick so lets hope this leads him in a more serious role and a main event push so I don't agree AJ has just become a bitch of both Angle's and Christians factions but hes gain more mic skills and good heel heat since being on the top.Lets see how this storyline pans out.

I miss the old AJ too. He was TNA for the first few years. It's like TNA have forgot what he has done. When was the last time they even said about him being the first wrestler in TNA to win every title?

They had to break AJ away from his mold to get him some personality and it's working. Yes we all miss the high spots and X division action, but how long can AJ realistically pull out those types of matches. I think they need to build him back up again slowly (like they are doing). He can then pull out some of that amazing stuff during PPV matches and make those spots more special.
When TNA decided to do all this changing they did so in trying to reach a broader audience. It's huge mix of trying to make us happy, kids happy, the common person entertained, the sponsors happy, spike tv... It's not perfect and we're all frustrated with the product, but realize they could care less if we're happy. If all they cared about was us as fans they wouldn't grow at all.

TNA is not nearly as bad as WWE right now. Not in my opinion at least. I enjoy TNA a whole lot more than WWE, as do lots of my buddies.

Agreed, if people really think having a bunch of vanilla midgets in the main event is going to improve TNAs ratings then you're wrong. Sure, I don't care whos in the main event, I'd still watch it and enjoy it - but if they dont bring in big stars like Angle, Christian, Booker etc they're not going to have a TV deal for much longer and then ultimately no-one will be able to watch the X division in any way, shape or form. They're using the big stars as a stepping stone in order to put them on the map, once they're on the map they can then start integrating the likes of AJ into the main event. It's pretty much what WCW tried to do, albeit WCW started trying a tad too late. Although, I do not mind Booker, Hall, Nash, Sting, Angle etc, nor do I mind AJ and the rest of the newer stars, so I don't really give a crapwhos in the main event because a) im not a whiny smark. and b) I still enjoy watching TNA. I was just trying to counter some of the constant bitching surrounding the main event scene.

There's not much difference between wwe and tna. WSX was the true wrestling alternative.
